Hand Hygiene Compliance and Bacterial Colonization on Personal Belongings
This study aims to examine whether intensive care nurses' hand hygiene practices are related to the presence and amount of bacteria on their frequently used personal belongings, such as mobile phones, pens, and identification badges. Intensive care units are high-risk environments for infections because patients are often critically ill and require invasive medical procedures. Nurses have an important role in preventing the spread of infections through appropriate hand hygiene. In this study, nurses' self-reported hand hygiene compliance will be assessed, and samples will be collected from their personal belongings to identify bacterial contamination. The amount and types of bacteria found on these belongings will be examined. The study will determine whether nurses with different levels of hand hygiene compliance have differences in bacterial contamination of their personal belongings. The findings may contribute to improving infection prevention practices and developing targeted hygiene education for intensive care nurses.

Risk Factors and Clinical Implications of Double-J Ureteral Stent Bacterial Colonization
This prospective cohort study will evaluate the risk factors associated with bacterial colonization of Double-J ureteral stents and examine its clinical implications. Adult patients undergoing temporary ureteral stent insertion for routine urological indications will be followed until stent removal, when urine and stent cultures will be obtained. The study will assess the association between colonization and factors such as indwelling time, diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney disease, prior urinary tract infection, prior antibiotic exposure, and stent-related symptoms.

Enteral Nutrition and Colonization Resistance Through Microbiota Modulation in Critically Ill Patients
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn whether enteral nutrition enriched with fiber can influence gut microbiota and improve resistance to colonization with multidrug-resistant bacteria in critically ill patients. The study will also evaluate the safety and clinical outcomes associated with fiber-enriched enteral nutrition. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does fiber-enriched enteral nutrition reduce the acquisition of colonization with multidrug-resistant bacteria during intensive care unit (ICU) hospitalization? * Does fiber-enriched enteral nutrition modify the composition and diversity of the intestinal microbiota? * Are there differences in clinical outcomes, including adverse events, between patients receiving fiber-enriched and non-fiber enteral nutrition? Researchers will compare patients receiving fiber-enriched enteral nutrition with patients receiving standard enteral nutrition without added fiber to determine whether fiber supplementation influences gut microbiota and colonization resistance. Participants will: * Receive enteral nutrition through a feeding tube according to their clinical needs. * Receive either a fiber-enriched enteral nutrition formula or a standard enteral nutrition formula. * Have stool samples collected during ICU hospitalization for analysis of intestinal microbiota and detection of multidrug-resistant bacteria. * Be monitored for clinical outcomes, infections, antibiotic exposure, and adverse events during their ICU stay and follow-up period.

Bacterial Decolonization Within Dyads
The goal of this study is to measure bacterial burden, specifically Staph aureus, and how it spreads between mothers and their infants. Researchers will evaluate if the amount of bacteria on their skin remains the same after mothers use a skin antisepsis treatment prior to delivering their infants. The investigators also aim to assess participant interest in and compliance with skin antisepsis treatments. The hypothesis is that increased maternal interest will align with increased treatment compliance.
