Cognitive-Based Balance Exercises on the Shooting Performance of Archers

The aim of this treatment study is to determine the effects of cognitive-based balance exercises on archers' shooting performance. The study focuses on archers and examines the effects of cognitive-based dynamic and static balance exercises on shooting accuracy. In this context, the main questions that the study aims to answer are as follows: * Cognitive-based balance exercises applied to archers have no effect on shooting performance. * Cognitive-based balance exercises applied to archers have an effect on shooting performance. The researchers will evaluate the effects of the interventions on shooting performance by comparing the performance differences between archers who apply cognitive-based balance exercises and archers who only do balance exercises. Participants: * The control group will apply various balance exercises during the 12-week training period. The study group will apply cognitive-based balance exercises. * They will be subjected to performance tests that evaluate static balance, dynamic balance and shooting accuracy.

The Effect of Balance Training Using a Dynamometric Platform in Patients Undergoing Total Knee Arthroplasty

Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is a common surgery used to treat advanced knee osteoarthritis, especially when other treatments no longer help. While the surgery often reduces pain and improves joint alignment, many patients still have problems with balance and movement afterward. This study will explore whether adding balance training using the Tecnobody ProKin system to standard physical therapy helps patients recover better after TKA. The researchers will measure balance, walking ability, leg strength, and body awareness (also called proprioception) using special equipment. The main goal is to test the hypothesis that technology-supported balance training improves recovery outcomes more effectively than standard rehabilitation alone.

The SaVe Project-Sarcopenia and Vertigo in Aging Patients With Colorectal Cancer

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the cause of dizziness and decline in walking ability in in older adults ≥65 years during chemotherapy treatment for colorectal cancer. Another goal is to investigate if a comprehensive geriatric assessment and three months' specialized physical group-based exercise three times/week can counteract muscle weakness, vertigo, instability, impaired walking balance, and neuropathy
