Outpatient Treatment With Anti-Coronavirus Immunoglobulin
The primary objective of the Outpatient Treatment with Anti-Coronavirus Immunoglobulin (OTAC) (INSIGHT 012) trial is to compare the safety and efficacy of a single infusion of anti-COVID-19 hyperimmune intravenous immunoglobulin (hIVIG) versus placebo among adults with recently diagnosed severe acute respiratory syndrome - coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV2) infection who do not require hospitalization. The primary endpoint of this double-blind randomized trial is a five-category ordinal outcome that assesses the participant's clinical status seven days after the infusion of hIVIG or placebo. 1. Asymptomatic and no limitations in usual activity due to COVID-19 2. Mild COVID-19 illness or minor limitations to usual activity 3. Moderate COVID-19 illness and with major limitations to usual activity 4. Severe COVID-19 or serious disease manifestation from COVID-19 5. Critical illness from COVID-19 or Death Two strata of participants will be identified for analysis purposes. Stratum 2 will be participants who receive direct-acting antivirals (DAAs) or other anti-SARS-CoV2 agents that are approved/available and recommended for use as part of standard of care (SOC), estimated to be about 20% of participants. Stratum 1 will be participants who do not receive this agents, estimated to be about 80% of participants.

Prospective Clinical Evaluation of the BioFire Emerging Coronavirus Panel for the Detection of COVID-19 and Other Coronaviruses
The Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) has contracted BioFire Defense (BFDf) to develop the BioFire Emerging Coronavirus (ECoV) Panel, a nucleic acid test capable of detecting coronaviruses from nasopharyngeal swab (NPS) in transport medium. This study aims to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of the assays comprising the BioFire ECoV Panel. It is hypothesized that the BioFire ECoV Panel assays will be highly sensitive and specific for the detection of the coronaviruses included on the panel.

Clinical Validation of the Aptitude Medical Systems Metrix COVID-19 Test
The Metrix COVID Test will be evaluated for use in Point-of-Care and Non-Laboratory settings in a home testing environment utilizing the clinical study design described herein. The study will take place in simulated home environments which will be set up within or near active clinical settings (e.g., urgent care facilities). This will be a prospective study conducted at three or more investigational sites located within the United States for the clinical validation of the Metrix COVID Test for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 AN swab samples. Additional sites may be added to the study in order to meet minimum subject/sample enrollment requirements and geographic prevalence of respiratory virus infections. Comparator testing will be performed to determine the infection status of each sample for comparison to results generated by the candidate test. The primary comparator for the study will be an FDA-cleared assay for the detection of SARS-CoV-2.

Long-term Impact of Infection With Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)
LIINC is a study of volunteers who were previously infected with SARS-CoV-2 (also known as novel coronavirus or COVID-19) who have recovered from acute infection. The study is designed to provide a specimen bank of samples with carefully characterized clinical data. LIINC specimens will be used to examine multiple questions involving the virologic, immunologic, and host factors involved in COVID-19, with a focus on understanding variability in the long-term immune response between individuals.

The Effects of Endotracheal Suctioning on Pain and Serum Markers
The goal of this experimental study is to understand if endotracheal tube (ETT) suctioning increases pain and causes stress on the body in intubated adult ICU patients. These patients are already on ventilators, which means they need suctioning to keep their airways clear, but this procedure may be uncomfortable and cause stress. The main questions this study aims to answer are: Does ETT suctioning raise pain levels as measured by the Critical-Care Pain Observation Tool (CPOT)? Does ETT suctioning increase certain chemicals in the blood (hypoxanthine, xanthine, and uric acid) that show stress and lack of oxygen in the body? Researchers will compare patients who have ETT suctioning (intervention group) with those who do not have suctioning during the study period (control group) to see if there are differences in pain and blood markers of stress. Participants will: Have pain measured before and after suctioning using the CPOT. Have blood samples taken from an existing line at three time points: 5 minutes before, 5 minutes after, and 30 minutes after suctioning. Provide demographic information (like age, gender, and diagnosis) from medical records. This research will help improve how pain is managed for ICU patients who cannot speak for themselves, potentially leading to better pain relief methods in the future.

Mesenchymal Stromal Cell Therapy For The Treatment Of Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome
This is an open label, dose escalating safety study of the advanced therapy investigational medicinal product (ATIMP) KI-MSC-PL-205, where patients diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2-induced severe acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), according to the Berlin Definition, and who are on respirator/ventilator (used synonymously in this protocol) support due to respiratory insufficiency with or without concomitant circulatory problems, will be included and treated with a single dose of KI-MSC-PL-205.

COVID-19 in PID Survey
With the emergence of SARS-CoV-2 and the COVID-19 pandemic, there is an urgent need to understand the impact of infection on immunodeficient individuals. Whilst co-morbidities (such as diabetes, cancer, arterial hypertension, heart disease...) have been documented in people infected with SARS-CoV-2, there is currently no information on the consequences and outcomes for individuals with primary immunodeficiencies (PID). Following the 1st phase of the survey (launched by Isabelle Meyts (ESID), Nizar Mahlaoui (CEREDIH \& IPOPI) and Kate Sullivan with Stuart Tangye (IUIS), that gave an idea of the number of affected PID patients and the impact of SARS-CoV-2 and directly focusing on obtaining this top level of information), we are launching the 2nd phase: "COPID19". COPID19 survey is a secured online GDPR compliant platform based in Paris (Imagine Institute). It has been approved by the Paris-Necker-Enfants malades IRB and Ethics Committee. However, this retrospective survey is designed for global distribution. Data can be entered by a health care professional (mostly clinicians) through a personal login and password. Each documenting person will have access to his/her own patients' data. COPID19 require a greater level of information than the 1st phase. The eCRF will be open to evolutions depending on progresses in our knowledge of this pandemic.

First Level Socio-geriatric Evaluation: ESOGER Databank
Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease. Physical distancing is one of the most effective ways to reduce the spread of COVID-19, but this key prevention intervention may have adverse consequences on older adults living at home. Screening older adults living at home and at risk for adverse consequences of physical and social distancing is, therefore, a priority in order to prevent their occurrence. ESOGER ("Evaluation Social et GERiatrique") is a clinical tool designed to: 1) screen the risk-levels for adverse consequences related to COVID-19 physical distancing and 2) to continue appropriate preventive interventions in older adults living at home including frail older patients and older community dwellers. Experience cumulated during the past two weeks revealed that ESOGER could be improved, in order to be more effective and efficient for the prevention of adverse consequences related to COVID-19 physical distancing. This improvement is based on two key components: 1) Comments of Montreal ESOGER users and 2) Analysis of data. Because at this time no information is saved and stored, there is a need to save and store ESOGER information and create the ESOGER databank.
