Impact of a Bladder Flap on Cesarean Scar Niche Development
The goal of this trial is to examine if the completion or omission of a bladder flap impacts the location and formation of cesarean scar niche in women undergoing primary cesarean section. The main question it aims to answer is if omission of a bladder flap changes the prevalence of cesarean scar niche on a 6-8 week postpartum ultrasound. Researchers will compare participants that have a bladder flap made to those that have a bladder flap omitted at time of their primary cesarean delivery. Participants will have routine postpartum care and be asked to return for a 6-8 week postpartum transvaginal ultrasound.

Hysteroscopic "360°" Surgery for Improvement of Symptoms in Cesarean Scar Defects
Patients with symptomatic Cesarean Scar Defect (CSD) who are expected to undergo hysteroscopic surgery will be randomly divided into the traditional hysteroscopic "channelization" treatment group and the hysteroscopic "360 °" Surgery group of cesarean diverticulum, and the improvement of postoperative clinical symptoms of the two groups will be compared. To evaluate the effectiveness of the two surgical methods. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the improvement of symptoms of women with symptomatic cesarean diverticulum through a high-quality randomized controlled study, in order to provide high-level evidence-based medical evidence for clinical treatment.

Clinical Impact of Uterine Repair During Cesarean Section with Barbed Suture on the Incidence of Isthmocele
Pregnant women, irrespective of their pregnancy risk, who undergo a cesarean section for any reason will be randomized to one of two suturing techniques: conventional suture or barbed suture for uterine repair after the cesarean section. Following surgery, these patients will be followed up for clinical outcomes, ultrasound evaluation of the uterine scar, and study of the hypoxic-inflammatory environment of the uterine cavity.
