Postnatal Exercise to Activate Baby's Brown Fat
The purpose of this study is to learn how exercise and physical activity during pregnancy and after pregnancy may affect the composition of breastmilk. Certain changes in breast milk after exercise may have an impact on how infants use energy. Understanding this process may improve public health recommendations for exercise during and after pregnancy. This study can help investigators learn more about how maternal exercise patterns may affect body growth and obesity risk in infants who are breastfed. This research may help identify how different factors can influence healthy weight and early development in infants.

Obesity Prevention in School-aged Children
This cluster-randomized trial will develop and test an intervention technology for school-aged children. The program combines digital health technology and personalized behavior intervention through a WeChat platform. Our main question is: Does this integrated approach improve obesity related outcomes and behaviors in children? Investigator will: * Compare children receiving the program with those receiving usual care. * Track physical measures and health behaviors to measure effectiveness of intervention. * Evaluate the program's safety, implementation process, and cost-effectiveness. Findings will determine if this approach should be expanded to more communities.

Digitally Delivered Child Obesity Prevention for Parents in Home Visiting Programs
The goal of this clinical trial is to determine feasibility and acceptability of a digitally-based obesity prevention intervention for mothers of infants participating in a home visitation program. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What impact does the digitally based obesity prevention intervention for parents have on children's weight? * What impact does the digitally based obesity prevention intervention have on mothers' feeding practices, child sleep, and child screen time? Researchers will compare the digital intervention to home visiting standard curriculum to see if the intervention results in larger improvements. Participants will view several digital modules including videos on feeding, activity and family topics over the course of 1 year. They will complete questionnaires at the beginning of the study and again at 4, 6 and 12 months and their child will be weighed and measured at each time point.

Early-Life Strategies for Preventing Obesity in Preschool-aged Children
The PKU-SMART is a cluster randomized controlled trial conducted in Jinan, Shandong Province, China. This preventive intervention study aims to develop and evaluate a comprehensive obesity intervention framework for preschool children that integrates digital health technologies, multi-sectoral collaboration, and tiered management strategies. The effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of this approach will be assessed.

Anthropometric Outcomes of a Mobile Health Intervention for Eating Behaviour and Lifestyle in Infancy
Lifestyle, activity, and feeding behaviours during early childhood set the foundation for subsequent lifelong metabolic health as an adult. The investigators have developed a digital tool, called Feeding, Lifestyle, Activity Goals (FLAGs) to assess lifestyle and feeding behaviours of young infants, simultaneously providing guidance and tailored advice for parents on ideal practices specific to their children. The investigators aim to assess its usability, acceptability, and feasibility , before proceeding to determine efficacy of the FLAGs intervention through conducting a randomized controlled trial, enrolling 440 infants from KK Women's and Children's Hospital. Half of them will receive standard routine infant care, whereas the other half will additionally receive the digital FLAGs assessment and advisory tool, complete with mobile nudges. The follow-up period will be over 12 months, with the main outcomes being i) indicators of good feeding and lifestyle behaviour at 12 months old, and ii) physical growth trends, body fat proportions. Demonstrating the benefits of using FLAGs will underscore the importance of integrating this digitalized tool into the screening and evaluation of well children, with the potential to be upscaled and adopted across hospitals, primary care, and community-based health programmes.

Mothers and CareGivers Investing in Children Study 2.0
The study will use a longitudinal, randomized control trial design to determine intervention impact on parent and child behaviors, and infant health. The two intervention groups include: 1) MAGIC-FEED+; and 2) MAGIC-SAFE. This trial is an efficacy trial of the MAGIC-FEED and MAGIC-SAFE program that has been successfully implemented with families as part of the MAGIC 1.0 program trial (IRB#: 2015040017). * The primary aim is to investigate each intervention's impact on infant BMIZ at 13 months. * The investigators will also assess the effect of MAGIC-FEED on caregiver nutrition knowledge and feeding practices, responsive feeding, infant diet, and child self-regulatory abilities and assess how these factors impact child self-regulation of eating and adiposity. * Finally, the investigators will determine if the interventions demonstrate the factors necessary to be a successful intervention as determined by the RE-AIM and PRISM frameworks.
