Validating a Medical AI Fine-Tuning Platform for Major Diseases

The goal of this observational study is to leverage the abundant patient resources and standardized medical records from Beijing Friendship Hospital, Xuanwu Hospital, and Beijing Anzhen Hospital, combined with the existing data and knowledge platform of guidelines, consensus, medical literature, and dialogue data from Beijing Haitian Ruisheng Science Technology Co.,Ltd, with Beijing Zhilan Medical Technology Co., Ltd. conducting the fine-tuning, optimization, and validation of the medical large language model. The model is fine-tuned according to the consultation and diagnostic needs of different departments to improve the quality and efficiency of hospital medical services, enhance intelligence, and elevate the level of medical care. Through deployment to hospitals at all levels, it aims to achieve standardized services and support graded diagnosis and treatment. The overall research includes medical big data construction, medical knowledge graph construction, medical large model training and fine-tuning, and large model application platform development and deployment.

UC Davis Cohort of Pre-Malignant and Malignant Gastro-Intestinal DisEases Study

The UC Davis Cohort of Pre-Malignant and Malignant GastroIntestinal DisEases (TUMMIE) Study is a prospective longitudinal cohort study designed to improve understanding of the natural history, risk factors, and biological mechanisms underlying gastric pre-malignant conditions and progression to gastric cancer. The study will enroll up to 1,000 adults diagnosed with chronic gastritis, atrophic gastritis, autoimmune gastritis, gastric intestinal metaplasia, gastric dysplasia, or gastric polyps and follow participants for at least five years.

Phase 4 Study of Sto M Tab. in Acute or Chronic Gastritis

This Phase 4, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, active-controlled, non-inferiority study aims to evaluate the non-inferiority of Stoem Tab. compared to Stillen Tab. (Dong-A ST Co., Ltd.) in patients with acute or chronic gastritis. Participants will receive either Stoem Tab. or Stillen Tab. for 2 weeks. The primary outcome is the effective rate of gastric mucosal erosion at Week 2, assessed by upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and evaluated by an independent reviewer, defined as the proportion of participants achieving at least a 50% improvement in erosion score compared to baseline.

Relationship Between Diet and Gastritis

Chronic gastritis (CG) is a prevalent and persistent inflammatory condition that affects the gastric mucosa, carrying a significant global burden. Although CG may remain asymptomatic in some cases, many patients experience gastrointestinal (GI) symptoms such as epigastric pain, bloating, nausea, vomiting, and appetite loss. Diet plays a crucial role in both the development and progression of CG. there is a significant relationship between dietary behaviors, GI symptoms, and quality of life (QoL) in CG patients. Poor dietary habits have been associated with increased symptom severity, while healthier eating behaviors correlate with better physical and mental well-being. Most research has focused on dietary risk factors in gastric cancer patients, with limited studies exploring their impact on CG and its symptoms. Furthermore, while nutritional adjustments are frequently recommended in clinical practices such as reducing coffee and alcohol intake and avoiding heavy smoking, there is a lack of comprehensive studies evaluating the relationship between eating habits, food preferences, and symptom severity in CG patients
