A Trial Evaluating Brelovitug (BJT-778) vs Bulevirtide for the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis Delta Infection (AZURE-2)

This is a Phase 3, global, randomized, open-label, multicenter, trial evaluating brelovitug (BJT-778) vs bulevirtide for the treatment of chronic hepatitis delta infection (CHD). The main goal of this study is to test the effectiveness of brelovitug compared to bulevirtide as a long-term treatment in patients with chronic HDV infection.

A Trial Evaluating Brelovitug vs Delayed Treatment for the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis Delta Infection (AZURE-4)

This is a Phase 3, global, randomized, open-label, multicenter trial designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of chronic treatment with brelovitug (BJT-778) for chronic hepatitis delta virus (HDV) infection. The objective of this study is to test the safety and effectiveness of brelovitug compared to delayed treatment.

A Trial Evaluating BJT-778 vs Delayed Treatment for the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis Delta Infection

This is a Phase 2b/3 study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of chronic treatment with brelovitug (a.k.a BJT-778; BTG) for chronic hepatitis delta virus (HDV) infection. The comparator in this study will be 24-weeks of delayed treatment. During the 24-weeks of delayed treatment, participants will complete the same visits and assessments as those randomized to initiate brelovitug immediately. At the completion of 24-week delayed treatment period, all participants will start treatment with brelovitug.

Study of Bulevirtide in Participants With Chronic Hepatitis D Infection

The main goal of this study is to collect post marketing data from patients with chronic hepatitis D virus (HDV) infection who are treated with bulevirtide to describe the long-term effects of bulevirtide treatment and evaluate the safety of participants treated with bulevirtide.

Find HDV and Determine Its Status in Turkey

The aim of these study to determine the prevalence of hepatitis Delta virus (HDV) infections and the prognosis of HDV patients in Turkey's southeast. The investigators intend to arrange training sessions for 250 family physicians in Diyarbakir, Batman, Mardin, and Sanliurfa in order to determine those goals. The investigators will talk about diagnosing hepatitis B virus (HBV), HDV, hepatitis C virus (HCV), and Human Immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infections during these events. To ensure that patients with simultaneous HDV infection are evaluated for HIV/HCV and to detect liver fibrosis with a non-invasive method.
