Real-world Study of Acalabrutinib

The primary purpose of this study is to describe acotinib treatment patterns in Chinese patients with CLL/SLL and MCL who received acotinib according to the label. Secondary objectives include: 1) To evaluate the safety of acotinib in Chinese patients with CLL/SLL and MCL who received acotinib according to the label. 2) To evaluate the dose of acotinib in Chinese patients with CLL/SLL and MCL who received acotinib according to the label. 3) To describe the baseline clinical and demographic characteristics of Chinese patients with CLL/SLL and MCL who received acotinib according to the label. The exploratory objectives of the study include: 1) To describe the real-world overall survival (rwOS) of Chinese patients with CLL/SLL and MCL who received acotinib according to the label. 2) To describe the real-world clinical progression-free survival (rwPFS) of Chinese patients with CLL/SLL and MCL who received acotinib according to the label. 3) To describe the real-world response rate (rwRR) of Chinese patients with CLL/SLL and MCL who received acotinib according to the label. 4) To describe the real-world measurable residual disease (MRD) negativity rate in Chinese patients with CLL/SLL and MCL who received acotinib according to the label.

Dose Determining Study of EXS73565 in Participants With Relapsed or Refractory B-Cell Malignancies

The purpose of this study is to characterize the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary antitumor activity of EXS73565 administered orally as a single agent in participants with relapsed/refractory B-cell malignancies.

A Study of Rocbrutinib in Combination With Lacutoclax in Patients With B-Cell Malignancies

BTK inhibitors and BCL-2 inhibitors have demonstrated significant clinical activity in mature B-cell malignancies, and combination therapy may provide improved clinical benefit. This is a multi-center, open-label, single-arm Phase Ib/II clinical study. The purpose of this clinical trial is to investigate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of Rocbrutinib, a fourth-generation Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitor (BTKi), in combination with the BCL-2 inhibitor Lacutoclax in patients with mature B-cell malignancies. The Phase Ib will use a classic 3+3 dose-escalation design to evaluate dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs), determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), and identify the recommended dosing regimen. The Phase II portion is intended to further evaluate the efficacy and safety of the combination therapy.
