Step-by-Step: Evaluation of a Stepped Care Model
The primary aim of this project is to examine the effectiveness of a stepped care model of interventions for children's defiant or aggressive behavior problems. The stepped model consists of a brief internet-based parenting support program (Step 1). For those with continued need of additional interventions, Step 2 includes access to one of following interventions: b) a Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) -Virtual Reality (VR)-assisted parenting support program, b) a Cognitive Behavior Therapy -Virtual Reality-assisted child intervention, or c) standard interventions/support at the family's unit/clinic and continued access to the study's internet-based parenting support program, after which the family may choose CBT-VR for the child or the parent.

Video-feedback Intervention to Promote Racial-Ethnic Socialization Competency (VIP-RACE)
The aim of this study is to evaluate a novel cultural strengths parenting program - the Video-feedback Intervention to Promote Racial-Ethnic Socialization CompEtency (VIP-RACE) - which seeks to support Latine parents' motivation to engage in racial-ethnic socialization (RES) and strengthen their RES competency (improved skills and confidence, decreased stress). In the preliminary phases of this project, we iteratively refined the VIP-RACE program in partnership with advisory boards of youth, parents, and providers. The refined intervention will now be tested with five parents of 10-14-year-old Latine youth to identify gaps in the curriculum and obstacles to implementation that can be addressed prior to a larger pilot. The investigators will then conduct a proof-of-concept single-arm trial with Latine families to assess the feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary efficacy of VIP-RACE. The investigators hypothesize that VIP-RACE will be shown to be feasible and acceptable to families. The investigators also predict that bolstering parents' RES motivation and competency will result in increased frequency and quality of these conversations between parents and youth which, in turn, are expected to strengthen youth racial-ethnic identity and coping and have cascading effects on mental and behavioral health.

Pilot Study of Cognitive Behavior Therapy With Role-plays in Virtual Reality for Children With Behavior Problems
The main aim of this small pilot trial is to evaluate preliminary effects and feasibility of the child intervention YourSkills for child disruptive behavior (e.g., enhanced anger or aggressive behavior) when evaluated in Sweden for children/youth aged 10-16 years. YourSkills is based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and includes practicing of skills in virtual reality (VR). The main questions the project aims to answer are: * What are the preliminary effects of the child/youth CBT-VR-program? * What is the level of child/youth engagement in the CBT-VR program? * What are the experiences of parents, children/youth and therapists of the program? The CBT-VR program is delivered at clinics during ten individual sessions. Parents will answer quantitative measurements before and after treatment, children will answer quantitative measurements before, during and after treatment. Within- group analyses will be conducted to examine experiences and preliminary effects of the program. Parents, children and clinicians are also asked to participate in a qualitative interview after the program has ended.

Testing the Effectiveness of Supportive Parents - Coping Kids
The aim of this clinical trial is to test the effectiveness of the parent training intervention Supportive Parents - Coping Kids (SPARCK) for prevention of childhood mental health problems. The main research questions are: • Is SPARCK effective in preventing and reducing negative outcomes and promoting positive outcomes for eligible children and parents compared with regular care practice? In addition, investigators will conduct an implementation study to examine relations between implementation determinants and implementation and clinical outcomes in the SPARCK intervention condition Participants in the effectiveness trial will be randomized to receive either the SPARCK intervention or active regular care practices provided by professionals in the Norwegian frontline services. Researchers will test the effectiveness of the SPARCK intervention at post treatment and six months follow-up.
