To Compare the Effects of Lip Bumper Appliance in Rate of Lower Incisor Alignment After First Premolar Extractions
The goal of this clinical trial is to check the effects of lip bumper appliance contribution to driftodontics after designated tooth extractions that are already part of orthodontic treatment plan. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Is there a significant difference in rate of incisor alignment in lip bumper group? * Does the lip bumper have any adverse effects on oral hygiene? Researchers will compare the effects of appliance vs no appliance. Participants will have: * Appliance cemented in mouth after extractions in interventional group and no appliance in control group * Three monthly follow up for checkup and impressions

Efficiency, Efficacy, Periodontal & Occlusal Outcomes for Aligners Versus Fixed Orthodontic Appliances in Crowded Incisor Treatment
The goal of this clinical trial is to compare between fixed labial braces and clear aligners for the straightening of moderately overlapped lower front teeth. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Effect of treatment on gum health * Which treatment achieves lower front teeth alignment faster in terms of alignment time and t number of visits required to the orthodontist * How well it straightens teeth. Participants will: * Receive either labial braces or clear aligners as part of their orthodontic treatment. * Come for regular follow-up visits every 4 to 6 weeks with the orthodontist till full straightening of the lower front teeth. * Have a 3D scan of their teeth taken after their teeth are aligned along with a specialized x-ray of their head and jaw.

Evaluating the Efficacy of Micro-Osteoperforations Technique on the Orthodontic Tooth Movement Acceleration in Moderate Mandibular Anterior Crowding Cases Treated With Clear Aligners
Patients with moderate mandibular anterior crowding will be treated in this study. The efficacy of micro-osteoperforations technique by special drill in accelerating orthodontic tooth movement during clear aligners therapy will be assessed along with patient's pain and satisfaction. There are two groups: 1. a group of patients in which participants will be received treatment with the traditional clear aligners technique in addition to a micro-osteoperforations technique. 2. a group of patients in which participants will be received treatment with the traditional clear aligners technique alone
