Potatoes as a Strategy to Improve Diet Quality in Young Children
The purpose of this study is to examine whether incorporating potatoes into meals-either paired with other vegetables or served as a first course-can improve preschoolers' vegetable intake, reduce excess energy intake, and improve overall diet quality. Findings will be used to inform whether potatoes, a well-liked and commonly consumed vegetable, could be leveraged in several ways to improve the overall diet quality of children.

Efficacy Trial Healthy Dads, Healthy Kids for Hispanic Fathers and Children
Hispanic men and children experience health disparities for overweight and obesity-related medical conditions, and therefore family level obesity prevention programs for Hispanic populations are needed. 'Healthy Dads Healthy Kids' is the first program to primarily target fathers for obesity prevention for themselves and their children, with significant and clinically relevant treatment effects. This is an efficacy trial to assess a culturally adapted 'Healthy Dads Healthy Kids' for Hispanic families.

Improving Sleep, Decision-Making, and Eating in Adolescents with Obesity
This study is being performed to understand the effects of a lifestyle modification and sleep intervention on weight loss outcomes in adolescence. The main question the study aims to answer is: \- What are the initial effects of a lifestyle modification and sleep intervention, including effects on weight, eating behaviors and dietary intake, and sleep? Participants will: * Participate in remote, group-based, weekly weight loss and sleep coaching for 16 weeks. * Complete study assessments at baseline (pre-intervention), mid-intervention, and post-intervention. * Complete daily sleep diaries for three 7-day periods at each assessment point.
