Dual Mobility in "High Risk" Patients
The aim of this study is to compare clinical outcomes of patients considered to be high risk for prosthetic dislocation undergoing primary total hip arthroplasty (THA) with the use of a dual mobility bearing versus a conventional, single bearing design.

NCT05548972
G7 Dual Mobility With Vivacit-E or Longevity PMCF
This study is a global, multi-center, prospective, non-controlled, non-randomized, post-market clinical follow-up study. The main objectives of this study are to confirm the long-term safety, performance, and clinical benefits of the G7 Dual Mobility Acetabular System when used with the Vivacit-E or Longevity polyethylene hip bearing and instrumentation in primary total and revision (total) hip arthroplasty

NCT04090359
Dual Mobility Acetabular Cups in Revision TJA
The aim of this study is to the compare clinical outcomes of patients undergoing a revision total hip arthroplasty (THA) with the use of a dual mobility bearing versus a single bearing design with the use of a large femoral head (36mm or 40mm). We hypothesize the use of dual-mobility components in revision THA will be associated with a lower dislocation rate in the first year following surgery.

The Q-REDUCE Study
The purpose of this study is to design a fast-track pathway for patients referred to the University Hospital of Southern Denmark, Esbjerg, with high probability of having a dislocated hip prosthesis with the primary aim to reduce the time from arrival to reduction and the total hospitalization time. Secondary aims are to * investigate whether quicker prosthesis reduction influences on hip function and quality of life afterwards * reduce the pain experience immediately and in the long term * increase patient satisfaction without changing the overall complication rate and readmission/mortality

Dual Mobility Cup Versus Unipolar Cup
The general purpose of this study is to examine whether the dual mobility cup (Novae® Serf) reduces the number of hip dislocations after total hip replacement, both early dislocation (≤1 year) and late dislocation (\>1 year) after primary THR compared with a conventional cup design (Trabecular MetalTM Modular Acetabular System).
