Evaluation of the Efficacy of Dissociation-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy

Dissociative symptoms and disorders are particularly prevalent in the general population and among people suffering from psychiatric disorders. To date, no treatment has proven effective for this type of problem. Exploratory studies (without control group) have been carried out. Among these studies, dissociation-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (DF-CBT) seems promising. DF-CBT is based on a solid empirical model that has received numerous scientific evidence.

Ketamine Safety and Tolerability in Psychiatric Inpatient Care (KetGD)

This observational registry aims to collect real-world data on ketamine use in psychiatric inpatients within a regional tertiary-reference center. The study evaluates the safety and tolerability of ketamine administration in individuals with treatment-resistant mental disorders, characterized by diverse comorbidities, heterogeneous disease courses, and variations in treatment responses based on illness stage and severity with a subset of patients with remitted-recurrent and treatment-resistant or chronic presentations. The registry is designed to systematically document adverse events, side effects, and patient-reported outcomes, providing a comprehensive assessment of both the short- and long-term effects of ketamine in psychopharmacology. By generating real-world evidence, this study shall contribute to a more nuanced understanding of ketamine's risk-benefit profile in clinical practice, particularly in subpopulations that are underrepresented in clinical trials. The findings prioritize the support for the refinement of treatment protocols and enhance patient safety in psychiatric care.

Prevalence of Dissociative Identity Disorder in At-risk Outpatient Groups Reporting Childhood Trauma.

The investigators will study the prevalence of dissociative identity disorder (DID) in three populations at risk in cases of childhood psychotrauma : patients with a diagnosis of borderline personality, patients with a diagnosis of functional dissociative crises (FDC) and patients with early psychosis. The investigators will also study the prevalence of other dissociative disorders and the frequency of complex post-traumatic stress disorder. The investigators will also look for correlations between the type of maltreatment in childhood, the age of onset of trauma and the type of diagnosis of dissociative disorders. The investigators hope to include 150 borderline patients, 150 FDC patients and 50 early psychosis patients. Data collection will be done via a psychometric administration of 7 self-completion questionnaires as well as the completion of the SCID-D semi-structured interview.
