Initial Safety of SFM Plus OTOLoc for Creating Side-to-side or End-to-side Colorectal Anastomoses
The primary objective of this trial is to investigate the safety and effectiveness of the Flexagon 25mm SFM system plus OTOLoc when used to create a side-to-side Ileo-colic, Colo-colonic and side-to-side or end-to-side colorectal anastomoses in participants undergoing colon surgery. This will be evaluated via a composite safety/effectiveness endpoint of patient success defined as successful creation of the target anastomosis without placement procedure, device or target anastomosis related reoperation through 30 days.

RObotic Versus LAparoscopic Colectomy for DIverticulitis.
Over the last decade there has been a growing interest toward the application of robotic approach for diverticular disease. The evidence available on the literature showed that robotic approach, compared to the laparoscopic surgery, offers significant advantages in terms of conversion rate and shortened hospital stay for the treatment of diverticular disease. The investigators aimed at evaluating whether robotic colectomy may offer some advantages over the laparoscopic approach for surgical treatment of diverticular disease by analyzing a one year multicenter prospective study. Primary objective is to evaluate if robotic approach reduce the rate of conversion to open approach compared to laparoscopic surgery. Secondary objective is to assess difference between the two approaches in terms of rate of intraoperative complication, postoperative morbidities (according with Clavien and Dindo Classification), hospital stay and at one year follow up. Inclusion criteria are: elective colectomy for complicated or non-complicated diverticular disease performed with laparoscopic or robotic approach and age between 18 and 90 years. Exclusion criteria are non-elective colectomy (emergency resection), open procedure, diverticular resection performed during other procedure (i.e. colectomy for cancer). Data will be collected in one year from the start of the study. Due to the lack of available evidence, it is impossible to draw definitive conclusions. With this study, the investigators hope to clarify the role of the robotic approach in the treatment of diverticular disease.

Effect of Nutritional Counseling and Mediterranean Diet on Patients With Diverticular Disease
Diverticular Disease (DD) is a frequent condition in Western populations and may be associated with complications including bleeding, perforation, acute diverticulitis, and colon strictures. Severity of diverticular disease and its association with prognosis in relation to surgery using the Diverticular Inflammation and Complication Assessment (DICA) classification has been validated in several studies. A sedentary lifestyle, poor fibre intake and other unhealthy dietary habits have been associated with DD. On the contrary, the Mediterranean Diet (MD), which involves factors such as consuming locally grown food products, family meals, conviviality, involvement in the preparation of meals, as well as high intake of vegetables, legumes, fruit and cereals, medium intake of fish, low intake of meat and saturated fat, high intake of unsaturated fat (particularly olive oil), a medium-low intake of dairy products (yogurt and cheese), and a moderate intake of wine, seems to protect against DD. Moreover, populations that follow the MD pattern show a 50% lower rate of cardiovascular mortality due to cardiovascular disease and show highest longevity. A common finding in clinical practice is that a majority of patients undergoing a new diet stop to correctly follow the diet in the long term, suggesting the importance of periodic counselling for patients. The aim of the study is to evaluate the impact of MD on DD and on severity of DD, and to explore the impact of incorporating a dietitian-driven counselling program in this condition.

Endoscopic Ultrasound- Guided Hartmann Reversal Procedure
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about clinical usefulness endoscopic gastrointestinal anastomoses to restore the gastrointestinal continuity in patients with permanent colostomy after Hartmann procedure. The main questions it aims to answer are: * is the endoscopic restore the gastrointestinal continuity procedure effective? * is this endoscopic procedure safe?
