NCT07008027
Real World Asparaginase Therapy Toxicity
This research study is being done to learn more about the short term and long term side effects of treatment with asparaginase drugs, which are commonly used in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) or acute lymphoblastic lymphoma (LLy) therapy.

Infliximab for Treatment of Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor Colitis
The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the safety and effectiveness of infliximab compared to steroids for the treatment of immune checkpoint inhibitor-induced colitis (ICI colitis) in patients with stage III/IV skin cancer. The main questions this study aims to answer are: * How many patients treated with infliximab experience steroid-free disease resolution after 7 weeks? * How many patients treated with steroids experience steroid-free disease resolution after 7 weeks?

Pharmacogenomic Association Study in Indian Children With Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
A five-year prospective observational cohort study. The study is focused on observing the relation between static germline variants and therapeutic response in Indian children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The project is an International multicenter setup. This collaborative research project between Switzerland and India includes one main center in Geneva that has conceptualized, designed, received grants for the study and two investigating centers in India (Puducherry and New-Delhi) involved in study design, patient care and recruitment for this specific study. All the participants for the study will be recruited form these two centers in India, and no patient recruitment is planned at main center i.e. Geneva. The study will be conducted in two phases. The first aims to investigate genetic predisposition (static germline variants) to early chemotherapy treatment related toxicities (TRTs). The second aims to investigate somatic genetic markers associated with the efficacy of steroid treatment among patients undergoing the standardized IciCLe-ALL-14 treatment protocol. A total of 500 children with ALL will be recruited to investigate primary objective of the study i.e. TRT, and a subset of 250 patients will be included to investigate another research question i.e. response to steroid therapy.

TDM for Optimized Outcome in Patients With mRCC.
The purpose of this observational study is to assess the role of plasma concentration monitoring of treatment drugs for patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC) in terms of efficacy and side effects. It furthermore holds microbiome characterization of CPI-treated patients. Furthermore, the investigators examines the role of anti-drug antibodies and receptor polymorphisms in CTLA-4 and PD-1 receptors in treatment failure among patients with mRCC treated with check point immunotherapy (CPI). Moreover, polymorphisms in the UGT1A1 gene will be correlated with the pazopanib treatment dose.

Atrial Fibrillation in Active Cancer Patients
Atrial fibrillation is a common complication of both cancer and anticancer drugs but the consequences of such events remain poorly known and are not adressed in both phase III oncological trials and cardiological guidelines. The objective of this study is to create a prospective multicenter international registry of adult patients with an active cancer and experiencing atrial fibrillation to study major cardiovascular events occurrence during a 1 year follow-up.
