NCT07096622
Efficacy of Visual and Perceptual Training on Visual Function for Operative Congenital Ectopia Lentis Children
This is a single-centre, open-label, parallel-group randomized controlled trial with the following objectives: Firstly, the investigators aim to evaluate the efficacy of web-based visual and perceptual training therapy on visual function in children with postoperative congenital ectopia lentis. Secondly, the investigators target to investigate the proportion of patients achieving ≥2 lines improvement in best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), changes in stereoacuity, quality of life scores, and treatment compliance following visual and perceptual training intervention. Thirdly, to explore the safety profile of visual and perceptual training therapy software in this specific patient population. Lastly, this study aims to provide evidence-based recommendations for visual rehabilitation training strategies in children with postoperative congenital ectopia lentis in the Chinese population.

Effect of Mobile Communication on Congenital Ectopia Lentis Follow-up Adherence
Regular follow-up is essential to successful management of congenital ectopia lentis, but it is often ignored by parents in China. With rapid economic development, there are increasing numbers of mobile phone users that allow for communication applications to be used in medical care. The investigators aimed to assess the potential of the smartphone application assisted medical service to increase patient compliance in attendance of follow-up after congenital ectopia lentis treatment.

Follow up Study on Visual Prognosis and Complications of Ectopia Lentis Lens
This is a single-centre, observational cohort study with the following objectives: Firstly, the investigators aim to evaluate the vision-related quality of life and mental health status in congenital ectopia lentis patients. Secondly, the investigators target to investigate the correlations between genotype and clinical phenotype in patients of congenital ectopia lentis. Thirdly, to explore the metabolic profiles in the aqueous humor (AH) of patients with congenital ectopia lentis. Lastly, this study aims to explore the longitudinal changes of ocular biological parameters and complications in patients with postoperative congenital ectopia lens in the Chinese population.
