Physical Activity Advices to Prevent Loss of Autonomy in Cancer Treated Elderly Patients. An Intervention Randomized Study

The investigators will propose to older cancer patients with good prognosis (curative care) a randomized trial of adapted physical activity during one year. To increase generalisation of the intervention the investigators intend to compare the PNNS advices (the French National Nutrition and Health Program) to a program targeted on the own capacities of each patient.

Comparison of Square Stepping Exercise and Wobble Board Exercise in Elderly Population

Cognitive decline and balance issues are key contributors to falls. Square Stepping Exercise (SSE) and Wobble Board Exercise (WBE) both are the promising forms of balance training. Therefore, the aim of this study is to compare these two exercises to determine their effects on cognition, balance, and fall risk in elderly population.

Effects of Balance Training with and Without Gaze Stability Exercises on Cognitive Function Balance and Dynamic Postural Stability in Older Adults with Mild Cognitive Impairment

The study aims to evaluate the effects of balance training, with and without gaze stability exercises, on cognitive function, balance, and postural stability in older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). A randomized controlled trial with 30 participants will be conducted at Fauji Foundation Hospital and Chakwal. Participants will be divided into two groups: one receiving balance training with gaze stability exercises, and the other receiving balance training alone. Baseline, 4-week, and 8-week assessments will measure cognitive function (Montreal Cognitive Assessment), balance (Berg Balance Scale), and mobility (Time Up and Go test). Training will consist of 24 sessions over 8 weeks, with sessions lasting 30-50 minutes.
