Brain Function Messures of a Psychological Flexibility Skills Training Based on ACT Over Disordered Eating Behaviors
Overweight and obesity are an increasing tendencies worldwide. Disordered Eating Behaviors (DEBs) are feeding dynamics commonly present on them, as in Feeding Disorders (FD). These eating and body conditions are highly correlated with specific psychopathological symtoms, such as anxiety and depression, weight-related shame and stigma, and academic stress. Additionally, electroencephalographic findings suggest that weight- and eating-related conditions may be mediated by neural pathways specific to executive functions, such as selective attention and inhibitory control. Therefore, this cuasi-experimental design, pre- and post- measurement, longitudinal cross-sectional study aims to evaluate the effect of a training on psychological flexibility skills, based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) processes, on psychological, electroencephalographic and body composition measures.

Effect of Storytelling on Questionnaire Completion and Quality of Collected Data in an E-Cohort
This study is a randomized controlled trial, nested in the SKETHIS e-cohort, aiming to evaluate whether adding a modest, narrative-driven, strorytelling introduction to a Patient-Reported Outcome questionnaire increases completion without compromising data quality. This trial is led by SKEZI, a DeepTech start-up which markets a data collection solution and carries out the InnoPRO program, aimed at generating new knowledge in the field of e-cohorts.

Collection of Stool From Healthy Donors for the ex Vivo Study of Shifts of Microbiome Induced by Dairy Phages and Antibiotics: a Model of Bacteria/Host Interaction (DAIRY-SHAPE)
The gut microbiota plays a crucial role in health through its involvement in pathogen defense, immune regulation, and nutrient digestion. Microbiota diversity is essential to maintain these functions, and disturbances caused by antibiotic intake or extreme diets can lead to an imbalance (dysbiosis), which is often described as being implicated in numerous diseases as well as in the proliferation of antibiotic-resistant pathogens. The microbiota is defined as the community of microorganisms inhabiting the intestine, including bacteria, viruses, and bacteriophages (phages). These phages, through their ability to destroy the bacteria they infect, play an important role in regulating bacterial populations and could therefore be essential for restoring balance and diversity in the gut. Probiotics, foods that support the microbiota such as dairy products, are of particular interest because the specific interactions between phages and bacteria within these food microbiomes could stimulate microbiota restoration. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of phage-based functional foods in restoring intestinal homeostasis and, by extension, improving human health. It will serve as a model to examine how phages present in foods, particularly dairy products, influence gut microbial diversity and to determine whether these phages promote recovery after antibiotic-induced disturbances.

SAPHIR2 : Simplification of PHysical Activity Assessment by Rapid Interrogation
A multicentric, non-interventional study using a clinical questionnaire (SAPHIR) and activity monitor (Activ-PAL) to estimate the level of physical activity in the general population. This study compares the level of physical activity reported by the SAPHIR questionnaire with the activity recorded by the activity monitor during the same period, in order to determine if the SAPHIR score is able to represent the measured physical activity, in a simple and easily calculable manner. Hypothesis: The aim of this work is to propose a new questionnaire that is simple to complete by the patient,quick to analyse and directly calculable by the doctor and adapted to the general population, whether during the initial evaluation or the follow-up. Indeed, these scores are rarely used outside the context of the prescription of physical activity in specialized centers. Moreover, a tool suited to the constraints of community medicine seems necessary, given the growth of the prescription of physical activity in primary care. The idea behind this new questionnaire is to obtain a score ranging from 0 to 100 that can be calculated through simple mental arithmetic, which is not the case for most existing questionnaires, in particular the IPAQ.

Effects of Forest Therapy on Physical and Psychological Parameters in the General Population - a Randomized Controlled Trial
In recent years, nature and forest therapy has increasingly become the focus of medical research. Recent scientific findings indicate overall positive effects of nature and forest therapy on physical and mental health. In Asia and Australia, it has already been implemented as a public health concept of prevention and health promotion. The aim of the project is to replicate the experience gained in Asia over the last three decades on the physical and psychological effects of nature/forest therapy in the context of the German forest and to investigate it further scientifically.
