Pilot Study of Individualized Treatment for Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause in Women After Cancer Treatment
This pilot study is designed to evaluate an individualized approach to the treatment of genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) in women who have undergone oncological treatment. GSM is a common condition in postmenopausal women and may include symptoms such as vaginal dryness, irritation, pain during intercourse, and urinary discomfort. These symptoms can significantly affect quality of life and sexual function, particularly in women after cancer treatment. The purpose of this study is to assess whether a personalized, non-hormonal treatment approach can effectively reduce GSM symptoms and improve overall quality of life and sexual function in this patient population. Participants will be assigned to an intervention group or a control group and will be followed prospectively over time. The study will include women in menopause who have completed oncological treatment and experience symptoms of GSM. Clinical assessments, patient-reported outcomes, and quality-of-life questionnaires will be used to evaluate treatment effectiveness and safety. The results of this pilot study may help inform future clinical practice and support the development of individualized, non-hormonal treatment strategies for women with GSM after cancer treatment.

Bipolar Radiofrequency for Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause
This randomized, sham-controlled clinical trial aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of bipolar radiofrequency in the treatment of genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) in postmenopausal women. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either active bipolar radiofrequency treatment or a sham procedure. The primary objective is to determine whether bipolar radiofrequency improves vaginal and sexual function. Secondary objectives include assessment of pain with vaginal penetration, vaginal lubrication and tissue distensibility, patient-reported vulvovaginal symptom severity, and treatment safety and tolerability.

ASSIST-VLA: Assessment of Symptom-Specific Improvement in Diagnosed Vaginal Atrophy Following Laser Therapy
Vaginal atrophy patients receiving vaginal laser therapy will be treated with daily 7-0940® following a laser session to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the product as an adjunct treatment. Clinical outcomes will be assessed using validated investigator- and patient-reported measures, with safety and symptom progression monitored throughout the study.

A Clinical Study of Chinese Herbal Formula TJAOA103 in Treating Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if Chinese herbal formula TJAOA103 works to treat genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM). It will also learn about the safety of TJAOA103. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Does TJAOA103 alleviate the symptoms of GSM in participants or have any other benefits? 2. What medical problems do participants have when taking TJAOA103? Researchers will conduct a pre-post comparison to see if TJAOA103 works to treat GSM. Participants will: 1. Take TJAOA103 twice daily for 4 to 12 weeks. 2. Complete the tests and/or questionnaires on schedule through online follow-up or outpatient visits. 3. Record their use of TJAOA103 and any adverse events.

Efficacy of Non-ablative Radiofrequency Combined With Pelvic Floor Muscle Training for Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause in Breast Cancer Survivors (RF-SGM)
The goal of this clinical trial is to find out whether non-ablative radiofrequency (RF) applied together with pelvic-floor muscle exercises can ease vaginal dryness and other symptoms of genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) in women aged 18-75 years who have survived breast cancer and currently experience those symptoms. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does the combination of RF + exercise lower the 0-to-10 vaginal-dryness score more than sham (inactive) RF + exercise at 6 weeks (end of treatment) and 3 months? What other changes (pain during intercourse, Vaginal Health Index, urinary and sexual function, pelvic-floor strength, overall satisfaction) are seen in each group? Researchers will compare six sessions of active RF with six sessions of sham (inactive) RF to see whether the active treatment works better. Participants will: Visit the hospital once a week for 6 weeks. Each visit includes about 20 minutes of intra-/extra-vaginal RF (or sham) and 20 minutes of guided pelvic-floor training whose content is adapted and progressed throughout the study. Carry out a structured, progressive home-exercise programme, recording any discomfort in a diary. Complete questionnaires and tests at baseline, after session 6, and 3 months later.

Via, a Hyaluronic Acid (HLA) Based Vaginal Moisturizer Study
This study aims to evaluate whether the administration of vaginal estrogen along with Via, a hyaluronic acid-based vaginal moisturizer, offers superior relief from symptoms of genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) in the urogynecologic patient population, compared to administration of vaginal estrogen alone.

Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause in Breast Cancer
This randomized, single-blind clinical trial will compare the effectiveness of multimodal pelvic floor physiotherapy (PPT) and fractional CO2 vaginal laser therapy in reducing genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) symptoms among breast cancer (BC) survivors. GSM, induced by cancer treatments, is common in BC survivors due to hormonal deprivation, and effective non-hormonal treatments are needed. The study will enroll 210 women diagnosed with GSM following BC treatment, who will be randomly assigned to either three sessions of CO2 vaginal laser therapy or eight sessions of multimodal PPT, which includes pelvic floor muscle training, vaginal non-ablative radiofrequency, education, and moisturizers. Primary outcomes will include perineal pain, sexual function, and health-related quality of life (HRQoL), with assessments at baseline, post-intervention, and at 3, 6, and 12 months. The hypothesis is that multimodal PPT will lead to greater improvements in pelvic pain, muscle function, and sexual health, with sustained benefits over time. This trial aims to provide evidence for non-invasive, non-hormonal treatments to manage GSM in BC survivors, filling a significant therapeutic gap.

Treatment of Vulvo-vaginal Atrophy (VVA) Using Vaginal Dilator in Addition to Usual Treatment
This is a randomized, controlled trial aiming to evaluate the effectiveness of adding vaginal dilators to the treatment of vulvovaginal atrophy. Study Population: Peri- and postmenopausal women with VVA, including breast cancer survivors. Design: Monocentric pilot RCT evaluating SoC (MHT, lubricants, moisturizers) (control group) to SoC + vaginal dilators (test group). Vaginal Dilator : A silicone medical device will be used for gradual stretching progression. The kit includes dilators of progressively larger sizes. Procedures: Assessments at baseline, at 4 \& 12 weeks Measures : Vulvo Vaginal Atrophy severity , dyspareunia, Vaginal Health Index Score, Female Sexual Fonction Index, and Visual Analogue Scale (for vaginal dryness, vaginal and/or vulvar irritation/itching, and pain during sexual intercourse). Statistical Analysis: Differences at baseline, 4 weeks, and 12 weeks will be tested using: Two-sample t-test Mann-Whitney test Statistical Power: Assuming a 20% improvement in Group 1 and 40% in Group 2, with: p \< 0.05 (type I error) 80% power (type II error), 160 patients needed across both groups.
