The Effect of a Single Training Session on Changes in Inflammatory, Hormonal, and Metabolic Markers in Athletes
The study aims to assess the acute response of wrestlers to a single training session. Short-term changes in inflammatory, hormonal, and metabolic markers are analyzed to assess fatigue development and recovery following intense exercise. Participation in the study involves completing a standard training session and providing blood samples at three time points to assess the physiological response. The results provide a better understanding of the mechanisms underlying adaptation to exercise in competitive wrestlers.

Cardiometabolic and Hormonal Adaptations to 4-Month Zumba Training in Overweight/Obese Women
This study aims to evaluate the effects of a 4 month Zumba training program on cardiometabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, hepatic, renal, and functional parameters in overweight and obese women. Participants will be classified according to menopausal status (pre- or post-menopausal) and randomly assigned to an exercise group or a non-exercise control group.

Evaluation of Anterior Tibial Knee Translation in Healthy Women With and Without Hormone Therapy
Women are recognized as being at greater risk of ACL injury, with a risk 6 times higher than that of men. Hyperlaxity is a risk factor for ACL injury, but the pathophysiological basis for this is poorly studied. Hormonal impregnation and certain periods of the menstrual cycle (ovulatory phase) are risk factors for ACL injury. It therefore seems interesting to study the influence of hormonal impregnation on ligament laxity. To date, to our knowledge, no study has investigated such a relationship.
