ACTIVE NOT RECRUITING

NCT04569747

A Single Arm Phase II Study of ADjuvant Endocrine Therapy, Pertuzumab, and Trastuzumab for Patients With Anatomic Stage I Hormone Receptor-positive, HER2-positive Breast Cancer

This research study is studying a combination of HER2-directed therapies (trastuzumab and pertuzumab) and hormonal therapy as a treatment after surgery for hormone receptor positive breast cancer. The study drugs involved in this study are: * A combination of trastuzumab and pertuzumab given as an injection under the skin (PHESGO) * Hormonal (endocrine) Treatment

NCT07222215

PhII Randomized CAPecitabine + ELAcestrant vs. Capecitabine Alone in ER+ Breast Cancer (CAPELA)

The goal of this research study is to compare a combination of two drugs, capecitabine and elacestrant to capecitabine alone as a treatment for advanced estrogen receptor-positive (ER+) breast cancer. This study is designed for participants with cancer that has previously stopped responding to medication in the class of therapy called CDK 4/6 inhibitors, including palbociclib, ribociclib, or abemaciclb. The names of the study drugs involved in this study are: * Elacestrant (a type of selective estrogen receptor degrader) * Capecitabine (a type of fluoropyrimidine antimetabolite)

ACTIVE NOT RECRUITING

NCT03401385

First-in-human Study of DS-1062a for Advanced Solid Tumors (TROPION-PanTumor01)

This study is one single group of participants with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have not been cured by other treatments. It is the first time the drug has been used in humans. There will be two parts and a sub-study. The primary purpose of the parts are: * Dose Escalation: To investigate the safety and tolerability and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and the recommended dose for expansion (RDE) of DS-1062a * Dose Expansion: To investigate the safety and tolerability of DS-1062a in additional solid tumors This study is expected to last approximately 6 years from the time the first participant is enrolled to the time the last subject is off the study. Study sites are located in both the United States and Japan. The number of treatment cycles is not fixed in this study. Participants who continue to benefit from the study treatment may continue, unless: * they withdraw * their disease gets worse * they experience unacceptable side effects. The primary purpose of the sub-study is to compare the effectiveness of steroid versus non-steroid mouthwash as prophylaxis against oral mucositis/stomatitis in participants receiving DS-1062a. The sub-study is a randomized study that will include approximately 76 participants enrolling into the Dose Expansion part.

Predicting clinicAL outcoMes During First-line CDK4/6 Inhibitors Plus Endocrine Therapy in Patients With Advanced Hormone REceptor-poSitive HER2-negative Breast Cancer: the Retrospective-prospective Multicenter Italian PALMARES-2 Study

PALMARES-2 is a retrospective/prospective, observational, multicenter, population-based study, aiming at providing real-world evidences on HR+/HER2- aBC patients treated with first-line CDK4/6i plus ET. The present study has the objective to collect data coming from different sources, i.e. RWD, medical images and biological samples, from patients treated with CDK4/6i as first-line of therapy for HR+/HER2- aBC. In consideration of the complexity of data collected and different objectives of the study, this master protocol foresees different sub-studies, which encompasses different methodologies for data collection, data extraction and analyses.
