Bio-implant Root Analogue Versus Conventional Screw-type Implant for Management of Pier Abutment in Mandibular Distal Extension Cases

reviewing literature was lacking for bio implant and management of pier abutment in distal extension bases for this reason the aim of this research will be to use the bio implant in the management of pier abutment cases for distal extension denture base cases Aim of the study the aim of this study was to evaluate and compare the bioimplant root analogue implant with the conventional screw type implant the evaluation was done 0,3 and 6months of definitive prosthesis insertion regarding the following 1. radiographic evaluation of the alveolar bone hight as related to the bio implant ,conventional screw implant , pier abutment and RPD abutments : this will be done using standardized periapical digital radiographs 2. soft tissue evaluatins related to the bio implant ,conventional screw implant , pier abutment and RPD abutments this will be done using : A . modified plaque index (MPI) B . modified gingival index (MGI) C . peridontal pocket depth

Effect of Vitamin D on the Clinical and Radiographic of Unsplinted Mandibular Implant Overdentures

This study investigates the effect of vitamin D on bone loss around mandibular implant overdentures. Bone levels around implants will be measured to understand how vitamin Daffect the health of implant-supported dentures. This information may help improve dental treatment outcomes

Fully Versus Partially Guided Implants Placement: Measurement of Accuracy of Implant Position and Passivity of Superstructures.

compare fully versus partially guided all on four implants placement immediately loaded by maxillary and mandibular screw retained overdentures: A radiographic and photogrammetric measurement of accuracy of implant position and passivity of superstructures. The measurements will be done as follows: 1. Photogrammetric scan immediately after implant instalments to measure 3D accuracy of implant position and Passivity of super structure 2. Cone beam X ray to measure the implant marginal bone height changes. 3. Implant marginal soft tissue evaluations including pocket probing depth, plaque and gingival indices. Evaluation will be done immediately, one and two years after loading.
