Research on the Efficacy and Mechanism of Shouhui Tongbian Capsules in Treating Postoperative Constipation of Benign Anal and Rectal Diseases Based on Gut Microbiota Analysis

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate whether Shouhui Tongbian Capsule can improve postoperative constipation in adults aged 18 to 75 years after surgery for benign anorectal diseases, including hemorrhoids and anal fistula. The clinical trial will also evaluate the safety of Shouhui Tongbian Capsule and explore associations between treatment effects and changes in gut microbiota, metabolic profiles, and inflammatory indicators. The main questions are: Does Shouhui Tongbian Capsule improve constipation symptoms after benign anorectal surgery? Does Shouhui Tongbian Capsule reduce postoperative and defecation-related pain? Does Shouhui Tongbian Capsule improve quality of life and anorectal function? What adverse events occur during treatment? Are clinical improvements associated with changes in gut microbiota, metabolic profiles, or inflammatory indicators? Researchers will compare Shouhui Tongbian Capsule with lactulose to evaluate differences in efficacy and safety for postoperative constipation. Participants will: Receive either Shouhui Tongbian Capsule three times daily or lactulose once daily for 14 days Complete assessments of constipation symptoms, pain, quality of life, and anorectal function Provide stool and blood samples before treatment and on Day 14 Attend assessments during treatment and approximately 1 month after surgery Report adverse events and other medical problems during participation

Efficacy of Repeated Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined With a Live Probiotic Tablet (Combined Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Enterococcus and Bacillus Cereus Tablets, Live) in Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS-D)

To evaluate the overall efficacy of repeated Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation(rTMS) combined with a Live Probiotic tablet (Combined Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus Tablets, Live) in Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS-D) Methods: Clinical efficacy evaluation of TMS combined with Live Probiotic tablet for chronic diarrhea in IBS patients. The 400 IBS patients who meet the recruitment criteria for the clinical study will be randomized into 100 patients in rTMS combined with Live Probiotic tablet (Combined Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus Tablets, Live), rTMS combined placebo, shamrTMS combined with Live Probiotic tablet(Combined Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus Tablets, Live) and shamrTMS combined placebo group. Corresponding treatment was given for 2 week, rTMS group received 1 Hz/s, 20 min for 2 week; Live Probiotic tablet group received tablets orally, 150 mg three times a day for 2 week, shamrTMS group received 0 Hz/s, 20 min for 2 week; placebo group received tablets orally, 150 mg three times a day for 2 week. Clinical assessment included symptoms, stool traits, mood, and sleep. 2\. Study on the mechanism of using intestinal flora data to evaluate the treatment of chronic diarrhea in IBS patients. 30 cases each were included in the 4 groups of IBS-eligible patients, and repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment was given to the patient group for 2 week, and the patient group underwent the assessment of investigating the quantity and metabolic changes of the intestinal flora in feces before and after the treatment.

Characteristics and Clinical Significance of Gut Microbiota in Patients With Monoclonal Gammopathy

This is an observational case-control study, aiming to systematically analyze the gut microbiome characteristics of patients with monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS). The study will collect blood and stool samples from MGUS patients, non-MGUS patients (with similar diseases), and healthy controls, and perform multi-omics detection including microbiomics, peptidomics, and biochemical immunology. It will comprehensively analyze the abnormal features of the gut microbiome in MGUS patients, which may help provide new biomarkers and potential mechanisms for the diagnosis, prognosis evaluation, and treatment strategies of MGUS.
