Non-invasive Evaluation of Graft Condition in Adult Patients With Kidney Transplant Using Ultrasound Localization Microscopy and Multispectral Optoacoustic Tomography
In this study, the condition of the kidney transplant in adults is to be assessed non-invasively using Multispectral Optoacoustic Tomography and Ultrasound Localization Microscopy (ULM). ULM imaging can be performed in a 2-dimensional and a 3-dimensional way (2D and 3D ULM). Therefore, "ULM" in the following texts and measures will refer to 2D and 3D ULM. New, non-invasive markers that allow conclusions to be drawn about the condition of the transplant should reduce the need for invasive diagnostic procedures in the future.

Diabetic Nephropathy in People With Diabetes. Prevalence and Predictive Factors
a prospective, observational, multi-center study with a cohort of 300 patients with Type 2 diabetes and macroalbuminuria. Prospectively we will collect kidney biopsies and analyse the transciptome of the kidney tissue and other biomarkers from blood, faeces, urine, proteomic- and metabolomic profiles and DNA-variants. Thereby we hope to be able to discover molecular and clinical profiles, that can help us in the diagnosis of DKD, and to identify different risks of progression that can benefit from different forms of personalized treatment.

Bleeding Prevention With Desmopressin for Allograft Kidney Biopsies
The goal of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of desmopressin to prevent bleeding after percutaneous renal graft biopsy in patients at high risk of bleeding. Researchers will compare desmopressin (DDAVP) to placebo to see if the drug reduces the risk of bleeding events related to kidney biopsy. Participants will receive intravenous desmopressin medication (100ml) or placebo (100mL of saline solution) before the kidney biopsy.

Safety Outcomes Post Kidney Biopsy - Randomized Clinical Evaluation of Efficacy of Desmopressin
It is a randomized, multicenter, double-blind, placebo controlled, interventional clinical trial that will be conducted in Poland, in about 6 Hospital Nephrology Departments to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of desmopressin on the prevention of bleeding after percutaneous needle kidney biopsy in patients with rare and ultrarare glomerulonephritis.
