A Study of Combination Therapy in Patients With Resectable Liver Cancer
This is a prospective, single-arm clinical study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of an initial combination treatment strategy followed by surgery in patients with cancer. Eligible participants will receive combination therapy prior to surgical intervention. Patients who meet predefined surgical criteria will undergo hepatic resection. Following surgery, additional treatment may be administered according to the investigator's assessment. The primary objective is to evaluate time to treatment failure (TTF). Secondary objectives include evaluation of pathological response, resection outcomes, progression-related outcomes, survival outcomes, and safety.

Registry of Minimally Invasive Cancer Treatment Using Spectral Angio-CT Image Guidance
This study collects data from patients undergoing minimally invasive, image-guided cancer treatments at participating hospitals in the Netherlands and France. All treatments are performed as standard clinical care and include procedures such as tumor ablation and catheter-based treatments of cancer in the liver, kidney, lung, and bone. During these procedures, a spectral angio-CT system is used for image guidance. This advanced CT scanner automatically captures additional imaging information beyond what is used in routine clinical decision-making. The goal of this study is to investigate how this additional imaging information is associated with treatment outcomes, and how it can be used in the future to improve treatment planning, procedural guidance, and prediction of treatment results. No experimental interventions are performed. Participation does not alter the treatment or follow-up patients receive. Data are collected from medical records and imaging systems and stored securely for analysis.

NCT07445412
Italian Group of Regenerative and Occlusive Worldwide-used Techniques of Hepatic Hypertrophy
The goal of this national mutlticenter observational study is to learn and describe trends over time in the use of techniques for inducing hepatic hypertrophy in Italy. Patients will be treated according to the current clinical practice of the participating centers and will be observed from the moment of recruitment and throughout their stay. Information on vital status will be collected, as far as possible, for up to 5 years after surgery in order to record any events that occur in a timely manner. There are also plans to retrospectively collect data on patients who underwent hypertrophic techniques in the previous 10 years, in order to establish a historical cohort for each center that can be used for comparison with the prospective cohort.

EBNK-001 Allogeneic NK Cells With Low-Dose IL-15 ± Pembrolizumab in Advanced Solid Tumors
This Phase 1/2 study evaluates the safety, tolerability, and preliminary anti-tumor activity of EBNK-001 (allogeneic NK cells) given after lymphodepleting cyclophosphamide/fludarabine (CY/FLU) and supported with low-dose IL-15, administered either alone or in combination with pembrolizumab in adults with advanced/metastatic solid tumors. The study will determine a recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) and explore signals of clinical activity using RECIST-based response criteria.
