Immune Related Toxicity and Symptom Burden in Chronic Cancer Survivors With Melanoma Receiving Adjuvant Immunotherapy With Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors
This study evaluates the immune related toxicity and symptom burden in chronic cancer survivors with melanoma who are receiving adjuvant immunotherapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors. Information collected in this study may help doctors to learn more about the side effects caused by immunotherapy, and to learn if there are any relationships between these side effects and immune and genetic biomarkers found in the blood that may be related to patient's reaction to immunotherapy.

Explorative Study on Addition of High-fiber Dried Chicory Root in Patients With an Intermediate to High-risk Cutaneous Melanoma.
Exploring the effect of supplementation with daily addition of prebiotic dried chicory root (WholeFiberTM) for 6 weeks on fecal SCFA levels, gut microbial composition and immune cell composition in minimal stage II A melanoma patients following surgical treatment.

Assessment of PK Similarity of FYB206 in Comparison With Keytruda in Resected Stage II or III Melanoma Patients
Melanoma is a kind of skin cancer that starts in the melanocytes. Melanocytes are cells that make the pigment that gives skin its colour. 'Resected' means the melanoma has been completely removed with surgery. Pembrolizumab is an anti-cancer therapy that works with the immune system to fight cancer cells. Some cancer cells develop a way to hide from the body's immune system and, thus, allow the cancer cells to spread and grow. Pembrolizumab helps the immune system recognize and kill these cancer cells that want to hide. Pembrolizumab is a biologic drug (produced by living organisms) available in the market under the brand name Keytruda. Keytruda is approved globally for the treatment of a variety of cancers and as an addon or after therapy to primary cancer treatment like surgery. This helps prevent the cancer from returning, improving overall survival. FYB206 is a proposed biosimilar to Keytruda. A biosimilar is not identical but very similar to its original biologic. Biosimilars are expected to have a similar effect and safety to the original biologic. To learn what happens to a drug once it is in the body is called pharmacokinetics (PK). PK for biosimilar drugs is expected to remain similar to the original biologic. This study is to show that PK of FYB206 is similar to the reference product Keytruda for patients with completely resected Stage IIB/IIC or Stage III melanoma.

Clinical and Ultrasound Incidence of Rheumatologic Immune Related Adverse Events in Stage IIB-IV Melanoma Patients
Rheumatologic adverse events are expected to affect between 3% and 7.5% of patients undergoing immunotherapy and are likely to be underdiagnosed. The main aim of this observational prospective study is to investigate the clinical and ultrasonographic incidence of rheumathologic immune related adverse events in a cohort of patients affected by stage IIB, IIC, III and IV melanoma undergoing treatment with immune-checkpoint inhibitors. Patients will: * receive immune-checkpoint inhibitor therapy, according to disease stage and current National Guidelines. * undergo dermatologic visit prior to the start of immune-checkpoint inhibitor therapy and at scheduled follow-ups. * undergo rheumatologic visit prior to the start of immune-checkpoint inhibitor therapy and at scheduled follow-ups. * receive a quality of life questionnaire (European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire - Core 30 version 3.0) prior to the start of immune-checkpoint inhibitor therapy and at scheduled follow-ups.
