A Study Evaluating [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-617 vs. a Change of Androgen Receptor-directed Therapy in Taxane Treatment Naive Chinese Male Patients With Progressive Metastatic Castrate Resistant Prostate Cancer
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of \[177Lu\]Lu-PSMA-617 over a change of androgen receptor-directed therapy (ARDT) treatment in prolonging radiographic progression free survival (rPFS) in Chinese metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer patients, who were previously treated with another ARDT as last treatment and who have not been exposed to a taxane-containing regimen in castrate resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) or hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (HSPC) settings and who are considered appropriate for delaying taxane-based chemotherapy. The primary endpoint of rPFS will be assessed via blinded independent centralized review of radiographic images provided by the treating physician and as outlined in Prostate Cancer Working Group 3 (PCWG3) guidelines.

Study of Zanzalintinib in Combination With Immuno-Oncology Agents in Participants With Solid Tumors
This is a multicenter Phase 1b, open label, dose-escalation and cohort-expansion study, evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), preliminary antitumor activity, and effect of biomarkers of zanzalintinib administered alone, and in combination with nivolumab (doublet), nivolumab + ipilimumab (triplet) and nivolumab + relatlimab (triplet) in participants with advanced solid tumors. In the Expansion Stage, the safety and efficacy of zanzalintinib as monotherapy and in combination therapy will be further evaluated in tumor-specific Expansion Cohorts.

Study of Lutetium (177Lu) Vipivotide Tetraxetan in mCRPC Participants With Moderately and Severely Impaired and With Normal Renal Function
This study will address health authorities' requests to determine whether moderate and severe renal impairment have an impact on the biodistribution, dosimetry and safety of lutetium (177Lu) vipivotide tetraxetan (AAA617) administered to participants with progressive PSMA-positive metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. The study will also characterize the risk of QT prolongation of AAA617 in this participant population.

A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy, Safety, Pharmacokinetics and Dosimetry of [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-617 in Chinese Adult Male Patients With Progressive PSMA-Positive mCRPC
The purpose of this study was to assess the efficacy, safety, tolerability, Pharmacokinetic(s) (PK) and dosimetry of \[177Lu\]Lu-PSMA-617 when administered in addition to Best Supportive/Best Standard of Care (BSC/BSoC) in Chinese participants with progressive PSMA-positive mCRPC who received at least 1 novel androgen receptor pathway inhibitor (ARPI) and were previously treated with 1 to 2 taxane regimens. Furthermore, the safety, PK, and dosimetry of \[68Ga\]Ga-PSMA-11 were assessed. Data from this study will be used to bridge global pivotal phase III study (VISION, AAA617A12301) and to support China registration of \[177Lu\]Lu-PSMA-617 as a novel anticancer modality, namely radioligand therapy, in mCRPC.

A Trial to Find Out if REGN5678 (Nezastomig) is Safe and How Well it Works Alone or in Combination With Cemiplimab for Adult Participants With Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer and Other Tumors
The main purpose of this study is to determine the safety, tolerability (how the body reacts to the drug\[s\]) and effectiveness (ability to treat the cancer) of REGN5678 (Nezastomig) alone, or in combination with cemiplimab. The study has 2 parts. The goal of Part 1 (dose escalation) is to determine a safe dose(s) of REGN5678 when it is given alone or in combination with cemiplimab. The goal of Part 2 (dose expansion) is to use the REGN5678 drug dose(s) found in Part 1 to see how well REGN5678 alone or in combination with cemiplimab works to shrink tumors. This study is looking at several other research questions, including: 1. Side effects that may be experienced by taking REGN5678 alone or in combination with cemiplimab 2. How REGN5678 alone or in combination with cemiplimab works in the body 3. How much REGN5678 and/or cemiplimab are present in the blood 4. To see if REGN5678 alone or in combination with cemiplimab works to reduce the size of the tumor by helping the immune system destroy the tumor

PROstate Cancer TReatment Optimization Via Analysis of Circulating Tumour DNA
The purpose of this study is to assess the strategy in treatment selection using ctDNA fraction as a predictive biomarker to direct treatment decision (ctDNA fraction \<2% receives enzalutamide, and ctDNA fraction ≥2% receives docetaxel) versus clinician's choice of enzalutamide or docetaxel, in subjects with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer post abiraterone setting.
