Gait Pattern Analysis After Arthroscopic Treament of Osteochondral Defects of Talus
The study will investigate alterations in post-surgical gait patterns among patients who have undergone all arthroscopic microfracture and biological scaffold implementation surgery for the osteochondral lesions of talus. The gait biomechanics of patients scheduled for surgery will be assessed preoperatively using pedobarographic analysis. Subsequent changes in walking biomechanics will be evaluated and interpreted at the 6th postoperative months. Consequently, the impact of the all arthroscopic treatment of osteochondral lesions of talus on walking will be documented.

Does Medial Raw Anchor Necessary During Tendon Repair Combined With Microfracture
This study is a prospective randomized controlled study of rotator cuff repair with lateral raw or double raw combined with microfracture procedure. The patients with rotator cuff tear were randomly divided into groups before the operation. The patients were followed up before and, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months and 24 months after surgery. In different time periods, the quantitative and qualitative indicators including pain, functional score, muscle strength, MRI performance, etc. were compared between groups at the same time period to evaluate the difference in the effect of double raw or only lateral raw repair combined with microfracture on the treatment of rotator cuff. In order to figure out whether medial raw anchor necessary during tendon repair combined with microfracture in small to medium size rotator cuff tear.

This study is a prospective randomized controlled study of Combined microfracture procedure promotes tendon healing during double raw repair for full tear rotator cuff. The patients with rotator cuff tear were randomly divided into groups before the operation. The patients were followed up before and 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months after surgery. In different time periods, the quantitative and qualitative indicators including pain, functional score, muscle strength, MRI performance, etc. were compared between groups at the same time period to evaluate the difference in the effect of Crimson duvet procedure with Greenhouse procedure on the treatment of rotator cuff.
