Effect of Mindfulness-based Psychoeducation in Depression
Major depression is a mental illness that seriously threatens public health, leading to disability, reduced quality of life, economic burden, and premature death. It is estimated that 18.4% of the world's population lived with depression between 2005 and 2015, and it is projected to be a leading cause of global disease burden by 2030. Major depressive disorder manifests with symptoms such as decreased interest and desire, a depressed mood, increased or decreased sleep and appetite, feelings of worthlessness and guilt, decreased energy, suicidal thoughts and attempts, leading to significant impairment in functioning. Choosing the appropriate treatment for depression and taking measures to improve the individual's functionality quickly, shorten hospital stays, and reduce the number of hospitalizations are crucial. In addition to pharmacological treatment, clinical guidelines recommend the combined use of pharmacological and psychosocial interventions in the treatment of depression. The mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, which forms the basis of the psychoeducation planned for this study, was developed as an 8-week group approach. Theoretical studies examining emotion regulation mechanisms have indicated that mindful awareness is a fundamental mechanism for emotion regulation. The literature suggests a negative correlation between mindful awareness and the severity of depressive symptoms and difficulty in emotion regulation. Furthermore, despite numerous descriptive, correlational, and experimental studies on major depression, no studies have been found demonstrating the effect of mindful awareness-based psychoeducation on emotion regulation difficulties, distress tolerance, and symptom severity in patients diagnosed with major depression. This study, therefore, differs from existing research and will make a significant contribution to the literature.

MBSR Effects on Aging Anxiety and Body Image
This study was designed to determine the effect of a mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) program on aging anxiety and body image among middle-aged women. The primary hypotheses to be tested are as follows: H0a: There is no difference in the mean scores of the Aging Anxiety Scale between the women in the experimental group who receive the mindfulness-based stress reduction program and the women in the control group. H0b: There is no difference in the mean scores of the Body Image Scale between the women in the experimental group who receive the mindfulness-based stress reduction program and the women in the control group. H0c: There is no difference between the pre-intervention and post-intervention mean scores of the Aging Anxiety Scale among the women in the experimental group who receive the mindfulness-based stress reduction program. H0d: There is no difference between the pre-intervention and post-intervention mean scores of the Body Image Scale among the women in the experimental group who receive the mindfulness-based stress reduction program. The researchers will compare the experimental group with the control group in order to assess the effect of the mindfulness-based stress reduction program on aging anxiety and body image among middle-aged women. Participants: * They will attend an 8-session mindfulness-based stress reduction program. * They will participate in one silent mindfulness retreat session.

Mindfulness-Based Intervention With a Supplement for Stress-Related Problems in College Students Across Multiple Sites (4SITE)
The investigators hope to add to the feasible, acceptable, and effective interventions that offer reductions in depression, anxiety, and stress for students at U.S. colleges and universities, the majority of whom experience mental health problems but the minority of whom who receive adequate mental health support. By studying the extent to which a multi-modal supplement boosts effects for a mindfulness-based intervention (and comparing both to an active health education control program) to reduce depression, anxiety, and stress, the proposed research seeks to rigorously investigate complementary and integrative health interventions and their roles in improving health.

Effects of Awareness-based Parenting and Birth Preparation Education Given to Couples on Materna-paternal Bonding, Birthparameters and Postpartum Harmony
Nurses, who play a key role in maternal and infant health, take action with evidence-based practices to reduce fear of childbirth, encourage natural birth, and improve negative pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and post-pregnancy outcomes caused by fear.Considering the increasing rates of elective cesarean sections in developed countries, interventions against fear of childbirth have become more important. The negative effects of cesarean section on both maternal and infant health and the damage it causes to the health system due to increased costs are clear . For all these reasons, the inclusion of awareness-based interventions such as MBCP in childbirth preparation class education programs not only aims to reduce the increasing cesarean section rates, but also aims to provide awareness that women and their partners can benefit from not only during pregnancy, birth, and parenthood, but throughout their lives.

The Effect of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Programme on Smartphone Addiction, Stress and Quality of Life in University Students
The aim of this observational study was to examine the effect of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program on Smartphone Addiction, Stress and Quality of Life in Nursing Students. The main question it aims to answer is: Is there a significant relationship between smartphone addiction, quality of life and stress in nursing students? Smartphone addiction scale will be applied and students with risky scores will be determined and pre-test will be applied to the students in the experimental group according to randomization. During an 8-week intervention period, in addition to mindfulness practices and experiential studies, experiential practices will be carried out on stress, stress management and how mindfulness is applied in daily life and interpersonal communication through the sharing of the participants.
