A Study to Investigate the Safety and Effectiveness of the Technolas® TENEO 317 Model 2 Excimer Laser for Laser In Situ Keratomileusis (LASIK) Surgery to Treat Myopia or Myopic Astigmatism
This will be a multicenter, prospective, open label, non-randomized, single arm study evaluating the safety and effectiveness of the Technolas® TENEO 317 Model 2 (version 1.28 US software) Excimer Laser when used in LASIK surgery to treat myopia or myopic astigmatism. One or both eyes of a subject may be treated so long as both eyes meet all inclusion/exclusion requirements.

A Clinical Trial Assessing the Safety and Effectiveness of Orthokeratology Lenses in Patients With Myopia and Myopic Astigmatism
This is a prospective, multi-centre, single-arm clinical trial to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of MCOK-01 lenses in patients with myopia and myopic astigmatism who need dioptric correction. A maximum number of 220 participants are planned to be enrolled , with a minimum of 150 planned to complete the trial (30% dropout). All participants will be enrolled in Australia. Enrolled participants will wear the lenses every night for up to 12 months, removing them upon waking. 8 follow up visits will be completed during treatment, after: 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months of wearing the lenses.

KLEx Versus FS-LASIK for the Treatment of Myopia and Compound Myopic Astigmatism
FemtoLASIK is a type of laser eye surgery used to correct vision problems such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. It involves two main steps: creating a flap and reshaping the cornea. Refractive lenticule extraction, (KLEx) is another laser eye surgery method to correct vision issues, which involves creating and extracting a lenticule without the need of a flap. The investigators will evaluate and compare the efficacy and safety of these two procedures.

Correlation Between Preoperative Refraction and Anterior Segment Parameters With ICL Vault
This prospective non-comparative interventional study aims to analyse the pre-operative factors affecting the range of optimal ICL vaulting. the main question is what is the correlation between age, gender, spherical equivalent, white to white, anterior chamber volume and depth and postoperative vault? participants will do preoperative investigations ( specular microscopy, pentacam and biometry ) then refractive surgery (ICL implantation) followed by follow-up visits to assess the post-operative ICL vault and visual outcome.
