Relationships Between Nomophobia Levels and Perceived Stress, Body Image and Food Addiction Among University Students

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of nomophobia levels on stress, food addiction, and body image among undergraduate students aged 18-30 at Bahçeşehir University, Faculty of Health Sciences. The primary questions it aims to answer are: * Is there a statistically significant relationship between nomophobia levels and perceived stress, food addiction, and body image among university students? * Is there a correlation between objective anthropometric data (body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass) measured via Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA), waist/hip circumference measurements, and the individual's perceived body image?

The Effect of Nomophobia Levels on Anxiety and Academic Self-Efficacy in Students With Text Neck

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of nomophobia levels on anxiety and academic self-efficacy in university students with text neck. In this regard, the comprehensive assessment aims to reveal the relationships between nomophobia, anxiety and academic self-efficacy by considering the physical and psychosocial variables associated with text neck together. Furthermore, the study highlights that approaches to text neck rehabilitation in the existing literature are mostly limited to the physical dimension, while psychosocial components are insufficiently addressed. It therefore aims to identify knowledge gaps and research needs in this area.
