Immune Status and Disease Control of Inflammatory Airway Diseases
The goal of this study is to learn how the body's immune system affects disease control in people with different airway inflammatory diseases. We want to understand: 1.Whether specific immune cell patterns in the blood are linked to how severe the disease is or how well it is controlled. Participants will: 1. Answer questions about their health and symptoms. 2. Give blood samples 3. Have lung function tests and other standard check-ups. 4. share sleep study results. We will compare people with airway diseases to healthy volunteers to see how their immune systems differ.

The Use of Remimazolam Versus Dexmedetomidine for Patients Receiving Drug-Induced Sleep Endoscopy
This study seeks to compare the clinical efficacy and safety of the novel sedative Remimazolam with Dexmedetomidine in Drug-Induced Sleep Endoscopy (DISE), evaluating their performance in sedation depth stability, incidence of adverse events, and postoperative recovery time, thereby providing evidence-based guidance for sedative selection in OSA patients. Additionally, it aims to develop a model for predicting upper airway obstruction sites by analyzing Polysomnography (PSG) data with artificial intelligence, enhancing diagnostic accuracy and treatment decision-making efficiency for Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) to optimize clinical management.

MASLD in Type 2 Diabetes in Primary Care - a Follow-up Study
The EPSOMIP2 (Evaluating the Prevalence and Severity Of MASLD In Primary care - a Follow-up Study) trial is a longitudinal cohort study of patients with type 2 diabetes recruited from primary health care centers in Östergötland, Sweden. Between 2019-2023, 317 patients were included and underwent rigorous clinical evaluation, vibration controlled transient elastography, biobanking of bloodsamples, and the latest magnetic resonance techniques to liver and body composition. All patients alive will be re-invited to undergo the same evaluation and additional tests.

The Outcome of Chronic Kidney Disease Patients With Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome
Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is highly prevalent in chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients and strongly linked to obesity, metabolic syndrome, and type 2 diabetes. Besides elevating cardiovascular disease risk, OSA may worsen renal function and diminish quality of life, making its understanding critical for CKD patient health. This study will establish a large, long-term cohort of non-dialysis CKD patients to identify OSA risk factors, explore OSA's association with adverse renal outcomes, and determine OSA prevalence and epidemiological characteristics within the CKD population. The findings will provide a scientific foundation for early OSA identification, diagnosis, and intervention in CKD patients.
