A First-in-Human Study to Evaluate Implantable Iontophoresis Chemotherapy Delivery Device With Gemcitabine Once Weekly or Twice Weekly in Participants With Pancreatic Cancer
This study is being done to find out if delivering gemcitabine using the ACT-IOP-003 device directly to the area where the tumor is in the pancreas is safe and tolerable. The main questions the study aims to answer are: * Is ACT-IOP-003 safe and tolerable when given to patients with nonmetastatic, locally advanced, nonresectable pancreatic cancer. * How much study drug (gemcitabine) is found in the blood before and after treatment. * If the tumor responds to treatment. * If the gemcitabine side effects are less than seen when delivered intravenously (IV). Study participants will: * Have the study device surgically placed on the pancreas at the beginning of the study. * Complete 8 weeks of treatment with a 4 week screening period and 12 weeks of follow-up for a total of 24 weeks of participation in the study. * Give blood, urine, and stool samples to monitor safety and determine how much of the study drug (gemcitabine) is in the blood. * Have imaging (CT) done at least three times during the study.

FAZA PET/MRI Pancreas
This is a single arm, single centre, investigator initiated study to investigate the use of FAZA-PET in combination with MRI. FAZA is an investigational radiotracer used in PET scans. FAZA PET-MRI will be used to measure hypoxia in up to 20 patients with unresectable, non-metastatic, locally advanced un-resectable pancreatic adenocarcinoma (LAPAC). After each FAZA PET-MRI scan, patients will be followed up via telephone, 48 hours after the imaging session to assure that the procedure was tolerated without side effects. Patients will undergo a FAZA PET-MRI scans before and after their standard of care radiation treatment.

Malnutrition Screening and Dietary Intervention to Improve Nutrition Outcomes in Patients With Unresectable Pancreatic Cancer
This clinical trial compares the effect of malnutrition screening and dietary intervention to standard nutrition care on patients with pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Fewer than 20% of patients diagnosed with unresectable pancreatic cancer do not survive one year after diagnosis so treatment often focuses on improving quality of life. Many patients experience increasing pain, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, weight loss and weakness. Behavioral interventions use techniques to help patients change the way they react to environmental triggers that may cause a negative reaction. Screening for inadequate nutrition (malnutrition) and providing weekly nutritional support may be effective methods to improve nutritional status and improve overall quality of life for patients with unresectable pancreatic cancer.

PREOPANC-4 Implementation Program for Locally Advanced Pancreatic Cancer
A prospective, nationwide, implementation program of the international standard of excellence for locally advanced pancreatic cancer (LAPC) care in the Netherlands (2021\[7\]-2030\[6\]), including a multidisciplinary training program by the four leading international expert centers. The PREOPANC-4 project aims a safe and patient-centered implementation of the international standards of excellence for LAPC (surgery) in the Netherlands.
