The Supporting Understanding of PCOS Education and Research (SUPER) Study

This research will test whether a Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) or a very low-carbohydrate diet better improves outcomes like blood glucose control and body weight for adults with polycystic ovary syndrome. Participants will have screening (includes blood draw) and baseline testing with a continuous glucose monitor and a body composition scan (called a dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry or DEXA). Once these enrollment steps are completed and the participants will be randomized to one of two 12-month programs.

Use of TDCS Stimulation in Neurological and Gynaecological Conditions

The aim of the study is to test the effect of tDCS stimulation on upper and lower limb function in neurological patients and to reduce pain in gynaecological patients. And the impact of tDCS stimulation on patients' quality of life. Standardised questionnaires will be used for pre- and post-stimulation evaluation.

Adjuvant Therapy With Letrozole in Induction of Ovulation With Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

The aim of the study is to assess the efficacy of adjuvant therapy dapagliflozin, metformin as monotherapy and combination of both in comparison to control group in induction of ovulation with letrozole in women PCOS, focusing specifically on rates of ovulation and pregnancy.
