Evaluation of mHealth Intervention to Promote HIV Prevention and Overcome Stigma Among Transgender Women (EMPOW.HER)

This study aims to develop and evaluate a multi-component mHealth intervention (mHC and FRESH) to reduce HIV-related and intersectional stigma and improve PrEP use among HIV-negative young transgender women (TGW) in Thailand.

Reducing Co-occurring Substance Use and HIV Risk Among Stimulant-using Men at High Risk for HIV in the United States of America.

This intervention will focus on stimulant-using men at high risk for HIV who are in need of tailored behavioral interventions to mitigate co-occurring stimulant use and HIV risk in the era of pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP). The study is a pilot randomized controlled trial to evaluate the adaptation, feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary efficacy of a behavioral intervention.

Linking Youth to Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) Services

The LYPS intervention is a multi-level intervention that combines: a) structural-level delivery of PrEP and PrEP services by a community health professional (CHP) at a designated place in the community being offered by the SC where PrEP is not yet provided (e.g., participant's home, community partner location, or traveling mobile van), with b) an individual-level mobile application (app) to support PrEP adherence and persistence between CHP visits.

CARE: Comprehensive Assessment of Real-world Effectiveness of F/TAF in Persons Who Use Drugs (PWUD)

This study looks at how to help people who use drugs start and keep taking medicine that can prevent HIV. The medicine is called PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis). The study investigators will use a pill called Descovy (F/TAF), which is already approved by the FDA for HIV prevention. People who come to the emergency department (ED) and test negative for HIV may join the study. Some participants will start taking PrEP and will be followed for one year. Other participants will only do an interview about their thoughts on PrEP. The study investigators will also talk to doctors and peer support workers in the ED to learn what makes it easier or harder to offer PrEP. The main goal is to see how well PrEP can be started and continued for people who use drugs. The study investigators will look at how many people start PrEP, how many keep taking it, and what helps or makes it hard to stay on PrEP. The study investigators will also learn about the best ways to connect people to care after they leave the ED. This study does not test if the medicine works to prevent HIV-that is already known. Instead, it looks at real-life challenges and solutions for using PrEP in this group. The study may help improve HIV prevention and health care for people who use drugs.

Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) Adherence for Black MSM

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if two interventions-C4 and C4+3MV-can improve PrEP adherence (taking medication to prevent HIV) among Black men who have sex with men (MSM). The study will also explore the most effective ways to support participants in continuing their PrEP use over time. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does the C4 program help participants take PrEP more regularly? * Does adding the 3MV intervention to C4 provide additional support for adherence? Researchers will compare two intervention strategies to see if they result in better PrEP adherence: * C4 Intervention: A program focused on individualized care coordination and addressing structural needs. * C4 + 3MV Intervention: A combination of care coordination with additional behavioral change sessions. Participants will: * Participate in PrEP education and counseling sessions. * Have their PrEP use monitored through dried blood spot (DBS) tests. * Complete questionnaires about their experiences and challenges with PrEP. Receive support sessions tailored to address individual barriers to PrEP adherence.

CHAMPION: Combining HIV And Meth Prevention and Treatment Interventions Optimized for HIV-Negative MSM

The goal of this randomized controlled trial is to pilot test new mobile health (mHealth) interventions to improve PrEP adherence among HIV-negative men who have sex with men (MSM) with mild to moderate methamphetamine use disorder (MUD). The CHAMPION intervention combines two mHealth tools-PrEPAPP and CBT4CBT-to address both HIV prevention and MUD treatment needs in this population. The study's specific aims are: * To evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of the CHAMPION intervention based on treatment retention and engagement rates. * To examine the preliminary efficacy the CHAMPION intervention to improve PrEP adherence, as measured by dried blood spot (DBS) tests compared to the waitlist control group.

STI Testing to Enhance PrEP Use in Pregnancy

The investigators are conducting a study in Botswana to see if offering STI testing along with expanded HIV prevention options (PrEP) helps more pregnant women start and continue using PrEP during and after pregnancy. Pregnant women (n=600) seeking antenatal care in Botswana will be enrolled and randomly assigned to receive the standard of care (standard STI assessment with no STI testing) versus STI testing for Chlamydia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Trichomonas vaginalis during pregnancy and postpartum. The investigators' hypothesis is that providing STI testing alongside PrEP offer will encourage more women to start and continue using PrEP.
