Clinical Time and Temporal Dynamics Study (CLIN-TIME)

TH-CLINICAL-TIME is a prospective, longitudinal observational study evaluating how changes in clinical measurements over time may help researchers better understand patient health trajectories and clinically meaningful outcomes. The study will examine patterns such as changes from an individual's baseline, rate of change, persistence of abnormalities, variability, recurrence, and recovery following clinical events. Data may include routinely collected clinical measurements, physiologic observations, laboratory results, cardiac measurements, imaging-derived measurements, patient-reported information, and remote or digital health data when available and permitted by the study protocol. The study will investigate whether these temporal patterns provide additional information beyond individual measurements taken at a single point in time. The planned study horizon extends from 2026 through 2076, while individual participant follow-up will occur according to the approved study schedule, consent, and applicable requirements.

PROstate Cancer Risk Calculator for ACTionable Clinical Decision-making in Nigeria

This study is a pilot trial that builds on findings from the validation of prostate cancer risk calculators in Nigerian men. The goal of the overall study is to improve the early detection of prostate cancer in a high-risk population. The main questions the validation study aims to answer are: 1. How accurately do existing prostate cancer risk calculators identify Nigerian men with clinically significant prostate cancer? 2. Will a new risk calculator designed for Nigerian men more accurately identify those with clinically significant prostate cancer? The main questions the intervention study aims to answer is: Will the primary care provider-facing risk calculator be feasible and acceptable for primary care providers to implement? The intervention trial will be piloted among participants in community-level hospitals in order to primarily assess implementation outcomes

Slew Rate As a Predictor for Optimal Lead Fixation

The goal of this observational study is to identify the most reliable electrical parameter measured at the time of implantation that can predict optimal lead fixation and long-term lead performance in patients undergoing transvenous pacemaker or implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) implant. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Is there a correlation between the slew rate measured at the time of lead implantation and the sensing measured at the 12-month follow-up? * Is there a correlation between all electrical parameters recorded at implantation (including slew rate, current of injury, acute sensing, acute impedance, and acute pacing threshold) and the electrical parameters assessed at 12 months post-implantation (specifically chronic sensing, chronic impedance, and chronic pacing threshold)? Participants will undergo regular follow-up evaluations, with device interrogation visits scheduled at 1 and 12 months post-implantation as part of routine clinical care.
