Intra Ovarian Muse Cell Injection for Perimenopause Symptom Relief and Ovarian Function Restoration (MUSE-OVARY)

This observational study examines the safety and effects of injecting Muse cells (a type of naturally occurring stem like cells found in adult tissues such as fat or bone marrow) directly into the ovaries of women aged 28 to 70 who are going through peri-menopause. Perimenopause is the transition time before menopause when hormone levels fluctuate, periods become irregular, and many women experience symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, sleep problems, mood changes, and reduced energy. Current treatments mainly manage symptoms but do not restore natural ovarian function. Muse cells have special properties: they can help repair tissues, reduce inflammation, support cell energy production, and promote a healthier environment in the ovaries. In this study, women who choose to receive ultrasound guided Muse cell injections into their ovaries as part of their own regenerative care will be carefully followed. Researchers will monitor safety, hormone levels (such as FSH, estrogen, and AMH), ovarian follicle counts via ultrasound, menstrual patterns, and quality of life improvements using questionnaires. The study does not assign treatment - participants and their doctors decide on the procedure, and information is collected in a standardized way over 24 months (with longer safety follow-up). The goal is to gather real world data on whether this approach can help stabilize hormones and support ovarian tissue during perimenopause. No placebos or experimental drugs are used in this observational study.

Autologous Heterotopic Fresh Ovarian Graft in Woman With LACC Eligible for Pelvic Radiotherapy Treatment.

Pelvic chemoradiotherapy (CRT) is an effective treatment for Locally Advanced Cervical Cancer (LACC). However, CRT induces premature ovarian failure ceasing the production of ovarian hormones. This may lead to severe consequences to the patient's life quality, sexuality and overall healthy. An acceptable treatment to minimize the adverse effects caused by the lack of ovarian hormones is hormonal replacement but less than 40% of the patients younger than 50 years have access to this treatment. A second alternative treatment is ovarian transposing which is a surgical technique with variable success rate depending on how far the ovaries are from the radiotherapy field. A third, more promising, alternative is involves using autologous ovarian tissue as a graft in tissues far from the radiotherapy field. This treatment has the potential of maintaining the natural ovarian hormones production at a lower-cost and requiring a simpler procedure. The primary objective of this randomized phase 1-2 clinical trial is to validate the feasibility of ovarian tissue engraft into fatty tissue and its endocrine functionality.

Is There A Role For Mechanical Stimulation In Ovarian Follicular Activation?

Premature ovarian failure (POI) is a loss of normal function before age 40, leading to infertility and hypoestrogenism. About 1% of women younger than 40 years old and 0.1% before 30 are affected. Most patients already had impaired or complete loss of fecundity when diagnosed. Hence, the treatment of POI is particularly tough. Currently, no optimal regimen exists to ameliorate ovarian function.

A-PRP (Autologous Platelet Rich Plasma) is becoming widely used in a variety of medical procedures seeking tissue remodeling and/or healing as an intervention. To date, applications in orthopedics, wound healing, dermatology and plastic surgery have gained general acceptance, primarily as the role of platelets and their activation in tissue repair and recovery has become better understood at a cellular and molecular level. This study will involve adult women with a diagnosis of Premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) willing to perform an IVF/ICSI treatment.

Preservation of Ovarian Cortex Tissue in Girls With Turner Syndrome

Rationale: Infertility due is a major concern for girls with Turner syndrome (TS) and their parents. Physicians are often asked about possible options to preserve their fertility. However, despite some experimental case reports, clear evidence for fertility preservation in these girls is lacking and many questions remain. Without evidence on the effectiveness of fertility preservation it cannot routinely be offered to girls with TS. Objective: To investigate the occurrence of live birth in women with TS after ovarian tissue cryopreservation in childhood followed by auto transplantation in adulthood. Study design: A national multicentre exploratory intervention study Study population: Girls diagnosed with Turner Syndrome, aged 2-18 years. Intervention: Ovarian tissue cryopreservation in childhood followed by auto transplantation in adulthood. In order to obtain the ovarian tissue for cryopreservation, all girls must undergo a laparoscopy under general anaesthesia which will be performed in academic/university clinics with paediatric surgery. During the laparoscopic intervention, a unilateral oophorectomy will be performed, thereby leaving the other ovary intact for hormone production, ovulation, spontaneous pregnancies and as an auto transplantation site for cryopreserved-thawed ovarian cortical tissue later on. Furthermore, a small sample of the ovarian cortex will be used to assess the oocyte quality and genetics (e.g. the presence of germ line mosaicism). Oocytes will be karyotyped by using Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Karyotypic and hormonal data will be collected once at the yearly clinical visit at the paediatric-endocrinologist. Therefore, a buccal swab and one extra blood sample will be taken and evaluated during the routine laboratory evaluation. In the future, auto transplantation of frozen-thawed ovarian cortex strips will be performed.

The Danish TURNER Cryopreservation Study

The goal of this clinical trial is to investigate if cryopreservation of ovarian tissue in girls with Turner syndrome can improve their fertility and lead to increased number of liveborn babies of Turner syndrome mothers. Women with Turner syndrome suffer from premature ovarian insufficiency which leads to infertility and lack of estrogen. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does the number of pregnancies and liveborn children increase after cryopreservation of ovarian tissue in turner syndrome? * Is the possible to predict when a girl with Turner syndrome reach menopause using monitoring of sex hormones? * Is it possible to identify any genes causing ovarian failure in Turner syndrome females? Participants between 2-18 years old will be asked to participate in a laparoscopic surgery and removal of one ovary in order to cryopreserve the tissue until adulthood. The the cortical tissue will be autotransplanted in order to preserve fertility. The participant will during the study period be monitored using sex hormones. Furthermore, the investigators wish to investigate the ovarian tissue using RNA sequencing and DNA methylation analysis. No comparison group is present.
