A Multicenter Real-World Study on TKI Therapy After Progression on First-Line TKI/IO Therapy or TKI/IO Therapy After Progression on First-Line TKI in Chinese Patients With Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma (mRCC)
TKI monotherapy or TKI/IO combination therapy is the standard first-line treatment for low- and intermediate-risk advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC). In clinical practice, after the failure of first-line therapy, sequential treatment is often selected based on the initial regimen, with options including TKI/IO therapy or TKI therapy. In the real-world setting of low- and intermediate-risk advanced RCC in China, which sequential treatment strategy-TKI/IO-TKI or TKI-TKI/IO-provides greater survival benefits for patients? This study aims to compare the efficacy, safety, and cost-effectiveness of TKI/IO-TKI sequential therapy versus TKI-TKI/IO sequential therapy in real-world low- and intermediate-risk mRCC patients. The objective is to accurately identify the optimal patient subgroups for each treatment strategy, optimize treatment plans, improve patient quality of life, reduce healthcare costs, provide guidance and reference for the clinical management of low- and intermediate-risk mRCC patients, and contribute to the refinement and updating of related Chinese treatment guidelines.

A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of A2B395, an Allogeneic Logic-gated CAR T, in Participants With Solid Tumors That Express EGFR and Have Lost HLA-A*02 Expression
The goal of this study is to test A2B395, an allogeneic logic-gated Tmod™ CAR T-cell product in subjects with solid tumors including colorectal cancer (CRC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and other solid tumors that express EGFR and have lost HLA-A\*02 expression. The main questions this study aims to answer are: * Phase 1: What is the recommended dose of A2B395 that is safe for patients * Phase 2: Does the recommended dose of A2B395 kill the solid tumor cells and protect the patient's healthy cells Participants will be required to perform study procedures and assessments, and will also receive the following study treatments: * Enrollment in BASECAMP-1 (NCT04981119) * Preconditioning lymphodepletion (PCLD) regimen * A2B395 Tmod CAR T cells at the assigned dose

PART 1: The primary objective of this study is to identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of MK-3795, formerly called PT2385 and/or the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of MK-3795 in patients with advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). PART 2: The primary objective of this study is to identify the MTD of MK-3795 up to the RP2D, in combination with nivolumab, in patients with advanced ccRCC.As of Amendment 09 (29 Mar 2024), participants with advanced ccRCC will transition from MK-3795 to belzutifan (MK-6482) in combination with nivolumab or belzutifan alone. PART 3: The primary objective of this study is to identify the MTD of MK-3795 up to the RP2D, in combination with cabozantinib tablets, in patients with advanced ccRCC.
