RhinAV_Evaluation of Treatments for Acute Viral Rhinitis, Rhinosinusitis, and Rhinopharyngitis

The objective of this study is to conduct post-marketing clinical follow-up of four products: NS, NHE, NHG, and PIR. This follow-up will consist of collecting clinical data in real-life conditions to confirm the tolerance, safety, and efficacy of medical devices used in the treatment of acute viral rhinitis, rhinosinusitis, and rhinopharyngitis, while also assessing the benefit/risk ratio of the products.

Efficacy and Safety of SLIT in Patients With Rhinitis/RC With/Without Mild-moderate Asthma, Due to Dpt and/or Df

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if MM09 works to treat patients allergic to house mites, displaying rhinitis/rhinoconjunctivitis with or without mild to moderate asthma. It will also learn about the safety of MM09. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does MM09 reduce the symptoms and the need of rescue medication? What medical problems do participants have when inhaling MM09? Researchers will compare MM09 to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug) to see if MM09 works to treat rhinitis/rhinoconjunctivitis.

Nasal Packing Duration and Development of Pharyngitis After Septorhinoplasty Surgery

Septoplasty or septal reconstruction is a corrective surgical procedure performed to straighten the nasal septum. It may be associated with numerous complications. To minimize these complications, both nasal cavities are frequently packed with different types of nasal packing. In our study we will try to find relationship between duration of nasal packing and postrhinoplasty sore throat and pharyngitis.

Intranasal Capsaicinoid Spray

Rhinitis is inflammation of the inside of the nose. Symptoms of rhinitis include itchiness, sneezing, and a "runny" nose (rhinorrhea). There are many different causes for rhinitis, including allergies, age, different irritants in the air, overacting nervous system, and others. Many current treatments for rhinitis are not helpful or are unable to be used for long periods of time. Capsaicin ("Kap-Sey-Uh-Sin") is a natural product that is found in many spicy foods, including hot peppers. This natural product has been used as a lotion to prevent pain, and scientists have found that it may reduce the symptoms of rhinitis when used as a spray in the nose. However, capsaicin is known to cause a burning sensation. This study is needed so we can figure out what doses of capsaicin cause this burning sensation, and to what level these doses cause discomfort. Capsaicin can also cause a small degree of tearing from the eyes when used as a spray in the nose, and can also cause the nose to become "runny" (rhinorrhea). When the safest dose of capsaicin spray is found, that dose can be used to treat people with rhinitis that is not getting better from standard treatments.

Efficacy of Two Nasal Products Based on Diluted Seawater in the Treatment of Upper Respiratory Infections/Conditions

The goal of this interventional clinical trial is to test the safety and efficacy of two medical devices in subjects aged from 3 months old for the treatment of colds, rhinitis, sinusitis, and other upper respiratory infections/conditions for 7 days.

Washed Microbiota Transplantation for Rhinitis

The common symptoms of rhinitis include nasal itching, sneezing, anterior or posterior nasal leakage, and nasal congestion. Rhinitis can be classified as allergic rhinitis (AR) and non-allergic rhinitis (NAR) based on the presence of a specific allergen. Increasing evidence showed that gut microbiota can influence the development of AR. Although few studies have reported the association between NAR and gut microbiota, we found that washed microbiota transplantation (WMT) could improve nasal symptoms, whether it is AR or NAR. This clinical trial aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of WMT for rhinitis.
