Transcutaneous Auricular Vagus Nerve Stimulation Treatment for Rosacea

A single arm, pilot study among individuals with rosacea and at least moderate flushing or rednesss will be enrolled in a 4-week trial of taVNS. The particicpants will be followed for an additional 4-weeks following the intervention period to evaluate the durability of the results

Rosacea Radiofrequency Microneedling

There are 3 main objectives of this proposal as follows: (1) to assess the efficacy of radiofrequency microneedling in the treatment of erythematotelangiectatic and or papulopustular rosacea, (2) to determine the potential for combination treatment of radiofrequency microneedling with the 532 nm KTP laser, and (3) identify potential novel therapeutic strategies for the treatment of rosacea.

Dermocosmetic Treatment for Facial Redness in Rosacea With or Without Laser Therapy

The aim of this clinical study is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of a dermocosmetic product in reducing facial redness and visible blood vessels associated with erythematotelangiectatic rosacea. Investigators will compare the dermocosmetic product to a placebo applied to opposite sides of the face, when used alone and in combination with laser treatment. Participants will apply the products twice daily for 2 month followed by continued use in combination with laser treatment, and will attend regular clinical visits for assessments and questionnaires.
