Study of Guselkumab in Skin of Color Participants With Moderate-to-severe Plaque and/or Scalp Psoriasis

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of guselkumab treatment versus placebo in skin of color participants with predominant moderate-to-severe body psoriasis or predominant moderate-to-severe scalp psoriasis by assessing improvements in the signs and symptoms of psoriasis.

Daxxin Psoriasis Shampoo PMCF

The goal of this clinical investigation is to verify the performance and safety of the CE-marked Daxxin Psoriasis Shampoo to treat scalp psoriasis. Forty-one subjects with moderate scalp psoriasis are planned to be recruited at one site in Sweden. Subjects will be asked to use the shampoo between 3 and 7 times a week, as per the instructions for use from the manufacturer, for a period of 6 weeks.

Real-World Study of Xeligekimab for Moderate to Severe Plaque Psoriasis(XP-Real)

Xeligekimab Injection was approved in China on August 20, 2024, for treating adults with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic treatment or phototherapy. Despite the promising efficacy and safety shown in the phase III clinical trial, real-world data is needed to further support clinical decisions for this patient group. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of xeligekimab in real-world clinical settings for adults with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.
