Impact of Graduation on Child Development in Uganda - Wave 2 (Ancillary/Extension)
This ancillary/extension study ("Wave 2") measures child development and school readiness outcomes among children residing in households within host communities that participated in the Graduation to Resilience (G2R) randomized controlled trial in Uganda (G2R trial: AEARCTR-0004080 \[AEA RCT Registry\]; Wave 1 child assessments: NCT05531812). No new randomization or intervention assignment occurs in Wave 2; rather, we assess outcomes in children linked to households in communities previously randomized in the parent study. Wave 2 expands the eligible child age range (0-9 years) and includes age-appropriate outcomes (e.g., IDELA for school readiness; Raven's Progressive Matrices and executive function tasks for older children). We will compare children in households assigned to receive the Graduation program in the parent RCT (T1) to children in pure ("spillover") control households (C2) in host communities. Primary completion is anticipated in October 2025. Pre-analysis plans for Wave 1 and Wave 2 are posted.

Every Newborn Reach Up Early Education Intervention for All Children Education (ENREACH) Education
The goal of the project is to assess the scale-up of the program, focusing on improving school readiness among preschool children, enhancing capacity building for parents and teachers, and utilizing a cluster randomized controlled trial (cRCT). The primary research questions are to seek answer- * What specific adaptations are necessary for an innovative, disability-inclusive early education training program to become a fully inclusive model that enhances teachers' engagement and practices in pre-primary classrooms in Nepal, Tanzania, and Bangladesh? * How can a new, equitable 'School Readiness Programme for the child-parent-teacher triad' be effectively scaled within national government pre-primary platforms using a cRCT? * How can the outcomes of the 'School Readiness Programme for the child-parent-teacher triad' be implemented in a cost-effective manner by key stakeholders across the three sites? The research will examine an adapted inclusive early education training programme will lead to improved teaching practices, enhanced parental capacity, and better school readiness for all children compared to standard education programme; and b) the child-parent-teacher triad model can be scaled effectively within the government primary education systems.

School Readiness in Preschool-Aged Children With Cerebral Palsy
The goal of this feasibility and proof of concept study is to learn about the feasibility, acceptability, and impact of a school readiness program for preschool-aged children with unilateral cerebral palsy. The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: 1. Is it feasible to implement an intensive school readiness program for preschool-aged children with UCP? 2. Is the program acceptable to the children and their caregivers? 3. What is the impact of the program on school readiness? Participants will complete two pre-intervention assessments, participate in an intensive, goal directed, school readiness program, and complete 1 post-intervention assessment.

Scientific Justification of Assessment Criteria and Improvement of the Methodology for Assessing School Maturity
One of the critical stages in a child's life is the beginning of school, accompanied by intense intellectual and psycho-emotional stress. The success of educational activities depends on the child's readiness to enter school - his school maturity. The two main components of school maturity are the level of formation of school skills and the physical development of the child in the preschool period. Recent studies show that adaptation is more favorable in children with an average level of physical development (Zhdanova L.A., Rusova T.V., Shishova A.V., 2020), at the same time there is also a reverse effect - children with a delayed type of development are more susceptible to the development of maladaptation. This relationship opens up new opportunities in the development of methods for assessing school maturity, as well as preventive measures for the timely prevention of maladaptation of children to school. The relevance of the topic of the peer-reviewed research work is determined by the need to develop and substantiate modern criteria for assessing school maturity. The purpose of the work is to study the hygienic aspects of children's adaptation to the beginning of school education in order to improve the methodology of comprehensive assessment of school maturity and the development of measures to prevent maladaptation. To solve it, five tasks have been formulated, the essence of which is to study the factors affecting the course of adaptation of the child, to scientifically substantiate the criteria for assessing school maturity and the development of preventive measures for the timely prevention of maladaptation. To solve the tasks set, a study of anthropometric indicators and indicators characterizing school maturity and the level of formation of school skills will be conducted among 1,000 children aged 3-8 years studying in preschool educational and general education organizations of the Samara region. The results of the study will be implemented in the work of preschool educational and general education organizations of the Samara region, and in the future, in the department of hygiene of children and adolescents of the Federal Budgetary Health Institution "Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology in the Samara region".

Clinic-Based School Readiness Coaching
The goal of this clinical trial is to examine how a clinic-based school readiness coaching session conducted by a community health worker for parents of 3-5-year-olds affects children's School Readiness (SR) skills and parents early SR knowledge and behaviors. The main questions it aims to answer are: What impact does the clinic-based coaching session have on preschool-aged children's school readiness skills and their parents' confidence in supporting and practicing early math and literacy behaviors at home? Participants will receive a 1-hr coaching session at their pediatric clinic and return after three months for a follow-up session. Researchers will compare pre-and-post child and parent SR outcomes between these two sessions.
