Dermal Acceptability Evaluation in Sensitive Skin

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the dermatological safety and acceptability of a cosmetic product in participants with sensitive skin. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does the investigational product demonstrate dermatological acceptability in participants with sensitive skin under normal conditions of use? * Does the investigational product present a low risk of skin irritation? * What discomfort sensations, if any, are reported by participants with sensitive skin during product use? Participants will: * Apply the investigational product to the face and body twice daily under normal conditions of use. * Undergo clinical dermatological evaluations to assess signs of irritation and product tolerability. * Report any discomfort sensations experienced during the study period. The study will enroll 33 healthy male and female participants aged 18 years or older with sensitive skin confirmed by a positive Stinging Test. This is a single-center, single-blind clinical trial designed to evaluate the dermatological safety of the investigational product through clinical dermatological assessments under real-world conditions of use.

Dermal and Ophthalmological Acceptability Assessment in Sensitive Skin

This is a single-center, single-blind clinical study designed to evaluate the safety of the investigational product through dermatological and ophthalmological clinical assessments. A total of 33 female participants, aged 18 to 60 years, with a clinical diagnosis of sensitive skin confirmed by the Stinging Test, will be enrolled. Safety evaluations will be performed throughout the study period using standardized clinical assessments.

A Clinical Investigation of a Topical Moisturizer on Skin Barrier Function in Adults With Sensitive Skin

The purpose of this research study is to evaluate whether a marketed moisturizing cream can improve skin barrier function (how well the outer layer of the skin keeps moisture in and protects the skin), skin hydration, skin sensitivity, inflammatory biomarkers (proteins in the skin that can provide information about inflammation), and the skin microbiome (the microorganisms that naturally live on the skin) in adults with sensitive skin, when compared with a commonly used moisturizing ointment (White Petrolatum) a widely used occlusive ointment (an ointment that forms a protective layer over the skin to help reduce moisture loss).

This clinical study aims to determine whether taking two different doses of collagen-derived peptides for three months improves facial skin barrier integrity in women with dry, sensitive skin, compared with a placebo.

Instant Flush Redness Clinical Efficacy Study

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if an anti-redness emulsion can help lower facial redness caused by heat in healthy adult women. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does the anti-redness emulsion lower facial redness better than purified water? * Is the product safe and comfortable to use? Researchers will compare the anti-redness emulsion to purified water using a split-face method. Participants will: * Receive infrared light on their face to trigger redness * Apply the anti-redness emulsion to one side of their face and purified water to the other side * Have their facial redness measured at different time points using photography, imaging devices, and skin redness tests * Answer questions about their experience with the products
