Sexual Health Education During Pregnancy
This experimental, randomized controlled, single-blind study includes intervention and control groups. Pregnant women between 16 and 20 weeks of gestation who meet the inclusion criteria and agree to participate will be included in the study. Pregnant women will be randomly assigned to groups. Pre-test data will be collected from both groups. The intervention group will receive sexual counseling training in two sessions, face-to-face and in groups, until week 22. Second test data will be collected after week 37 (before delivery), and final test data will be collected three months after delivery. This study is expected to have a significant impact on women's lives, as this topic is considered taboo in our country, leading to a lack of open discussion and the prevalence of misconceptions and false beliefs (sexual myths).

Spousal Support and Sexual Quality of Life in Postmenopausal Women
Menopause is a natural transition period in women's lives characterized by concurrent hormonal, psychological, and relational changes. During the postmenopausal period, hormonal alterations are not limited to physical symptoms but also have significant effects on psychological well-being, interpersonal relationships, and particularly sexual quality of life. Common concerns during this period include decreased sexual desire, vaginal dryness, pelvic discomfort, and reduced sexual satisfaction, all of which may negatively affect overall quality of life. Sexual quality of life is influenced not only by biological factors but also by psychological and relational dimensions. The quality of partner relationships and perceived partner support play an important role in women's adaptation to sexual changes during the postmenopausal period. However, partner support during menopause is often reported to be insufficient, which may adversely affect sexual well-being. Despite this, evidence examining the relationship between perceived partner support and sexual quality of life in postmenopausal women remains limited. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of perceived partner support on sexual quality of life in postmenopausal women. Through this investigation, the explanatory role of partner support in postmenopausal sexual well-being is aimed.

Sexual Health and Artificial Intelligence Literacy in Young Adults: Digital Age Perspective
Young people represent a substantial proportion of the global population, and the experiences gained during adolescence and early adulthood play a critical role in shaping lifelong health behaviors. Health literacy, defined as the ability to access, understand, and use health information, is particularly important during this developmental period. Sexual health is a key component of overall well-being and quality of life. Risky sexual behaviors among young adults may lead to serious outcomes such as unintended pregnancies, sexually transmitted infections, and sexual violence. Therefore, sexual health literacy is essential for promoting safe behaviors and protecting reproductive health. In recent years, digital environments have become major sources of health information for young people. With the rapid rise of generative artificial intelligence tools, individuals increasingly rely on AI-based systems for accessing and interpreting health-related content. This highlights the growing importance of artificial intelligence literacy, which refers to the ability to understand, critically evaluate, and effectively use AI technologies. However, the relationship between artificial intelligence literacy and sexual health literacy has not yet been directly examined. This study aims to investigate the association between these two literacy domains among young adults, contributing to a better understanding of sexual health information-seeking behaviors in the digital age.

The Effectiveness of Virtual Patient Simulation Versus Peer Simulation in Providing Sexual Counseling During Pregnancy
The aim of this study is to compare, in a multidimensional manner, the effectiveness of different educational methods-virtual patient simulation and peer simulation-in improving sexual counseling skills during pregnancy among nursing faculty students. The study will evaluate three different training methods: virtual patient simulation, peer simulation conducted in a virtual environment, and face-to-face peer simulation. To determine the effectiveness of peer simulation and virtual patient simulation in sexual health counseling, multimodal data collection and analysis methods will be used. These methods will contribute to the development of counseling skills by examining in detail the verbal and non-verbal communication elements exhibited by participants during their interactions with virtual patients and peers. Throughout the research process, students' demographic characteristics, sexual attitudes and beliefs, sexual counseling skills, learning satisfaction and self-confidence levels, opinions on system usability, eye-tracking data, and body movements will be analyzed.

Assessment of Women's Sexual Quality of Life After Benign Adnexal Surgery Using vNOTES Approach
Transvaginal Natural Orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery (vNOTES) is a recent innovation in minimally invasive surgery which has already proven its non-inferiority to conventional abdominal laparoscopy (CAL) for hysterectomy in terms of efficiency and safety. However, the investigators note a lack of medical literature and no specific randomized controlled trial (RCT) assessing women's sexual function after vNOTES for benign adnexal surgery. The aim of this RCT is to confirm the non-inferiority of the vNOTES approach for benign adnexal pathology compared to CAL on women's sexual function. Secondary outcomes will evaluate vNOTES's efficiency, morbidity and postoperative complications compared to CAL for benign adnexal surgery. The relationship between adnexal mass morcellation/aspiration and the quality of the histological analysis on surgical specimens will also be evaluated as secondary outcome.

Danish Nurses Attitudes Towards Addressing Sexual Health
Health professionals, within the field of cancer, attitude towards addressing sexual health with patients is unknown. The aim is to investigate the attitudes of Danish cancer nurses towards addressing sexual health in their clinical work, as well as to assess differences in perceived competences and knowledge. Method: The questionnaire Health professionals Attitudes towards Sexual Health-Danish version (PA-SH-D) is sent out to Danish cancer nurses via the Professional Society for Cancer Nurses. The questionnaire is sent out via a link via the RedCap database. The questionnaire link is sent out to members of the Professional Association for Cancer Nurses under the Danish Nursing Council, and it is sent out via their membership register.
