Contralateral Blood Flow Resistance Improves Scapular Muscle Activation During Pickleball Forehand Swings
Participants will perform table tennis, pickleball, and tennis swings while arm and leg muscles are analyzed with surface electromyography. Then blood flow resistance will be added to the non-swinging arm.
