NCT07474818
Loaded and Task Specific Training in Spastic Diaplegic CP to Improve Gait and Functional Mobility.
Cerebral Palsy is a non-progressive condition caused by early brain injury that affects movement, posture, and muscle tone. Spastic diplegia mainly involves the lower limbs, leading to stiffness, weakness, and abnormal gait patterns. These impairments reduce functional independence and increase caregiver burden. Loaded Treadmill Training and Task Specific Training are two rehabilitation approaches used to improve strength and Gait function. This study compares their effectiveness in improving gait and functional mobility in children with spastic diplegic CP.

Spinal Mobility in Children With Cerebral Palsy: NDT-Bobath and Exergaming
The purpose of this study is to evaluate changes in spinal mobility in the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions in children with cerebral palsy aged 10-15 years. The study will compare outcomes between standard NDT-Bobath therapy supplemented with exergaming in a sitting position and exergaming in a standing position. Postural stability, body composition, and functional parameters will also be assessed. Participants will complete a socio-medical questionnaire and undergo baseline measurements of spinal mobility, cervical range of motion, postural stability (using Podoscan and Zebris platform), body height, and body composition (using SECA stadiometer and Tanita bioimpedance analyzer). The intervention will last 3 months and include twice-weekly 60-minute therapy sessions. Group I will receive NDT-Bobath therapy supplemented with exergaming in a sitting position, while Group II will receive NDT-Bobath therapy with exergaming in a standing position. After the intervention, participants will undergo post-intervention measurements and a follow-up evaluation three months later to assess the persistence of any changes.

Effects of High-Velocity Passive Stretch on Spasticity, Function, and Muscle Structure in Spastic CP Children
One of the traditional exercises applied to cerebral palsy (CP) is passive stretching exercises. Passive stretching exercises can be applied to these patients at various speeds. A recent study has shown that high-speed passive stretching in children with CP can increase muscle bundle length in spastic muscles. Therefore, high-speed stretching exercises may potentiate the positive effects of BoNT-A treatment on spasticity and muscle fascicle in patients with CP. This study aims to investigate whether fast stretching exercises administered to children with CP following BoNT-A injection are more effective than standard stretching in improving spasticity, functional status, and muscle architecture.

Post Facilitation Stretch, Post Isometric Relaxation and Myofascial Release in Spastic Cerebral Palsy.
The purpose of the study is to compare the effect of Post Facilitation Stretch, Post Isometric Relaxation and Myofascial Release on Lower Limb Spasticity in Spastic Cerebral Palsy. A randomized control trial was conducted at PAF School for PSN NUR KHAN Rawalpindi. The sample size was 30 calculated through G-Power tool. The participants were divided into three interventional groups each having 10 participants. The study duration was six months. Sampling technique applied was Convenient sampling for recruitment and group randomization using lottery method. Only 8 to 18 years Spastic Dipelgic CP children with Modified Asworth Scale having score 1, 1+ and 2 were included in the study. Tools used in this study are Goniometer, Modified Ashworth Scale, Active knee extension test, Weight bearing lunge test. Data was collected before and immediately after the application of interventions. Data analyzed through SPSS version 26.
