Effects of Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization on Sensory Motor Mismatch in Text Neck Syndrome.
Text Neck Syndrome is increasingly common in young adults due to prolonged smartphone use and is linked to postural changes and impaired sensorimotor control. Although its effects on visual-vestibular integration, balance, and proprioception are still unknown, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) may improve neuromuscular function by enhancing afferent input and mechanoreceptor stimulation. This study investigates whether IASTM can improve sensorimotor processing in individuals with Text Neck Syndrome.

Eyeball Exercises and Cervical Stabilization in Text Neck Syndrome
The prolonged use of electronic devices in the population nowadays contributes to the development of various musculoskeletal disorders affecting the neck. One such condition is the Text neck syndrome characterized by neck pain and muscular imbalance in the region as well as development of forward head posture. Some additional symptoms include headaches, impaired range of motion and eye strain. Eyeball exercises have been shown to improve symptoms of neck pain, and cervical stabilization has demonstrated positive effects on the deep cervical flexors, thereby improving forward head posture and other neck-associated symptoms. However, the combined effect of these two interventions has not been studied to treat text neck syndrome before. The primary outcome measures include the pain measured through Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) and pain pressure threshold (algometer), whereas the secondary outcome measures include the craniovertebral angle (CVA) and functional disability measured through neck disability index (NDI).

Mckenzie Exercises Versus Mulligan Mobilization in Text Neck Syndrome
Neck pain is an important public health issue that affects the whole population. Consequently, there is a significant decrease in the quality of work and life and can have a negative socioeconomic impact on both individuals and society. For the treatment of pain in the spine and extremities, especially the neck, the McKenzie method of mechanical diagnosis and therapy (MMDT) is a popular choice. Mulligan mobilization approach was found to be beneficial for both pain and functioning in individuals with mechanical neck discomfort.

Effectiveness of Instrumental Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization Versus Conventional Treatment on Administrative Staff for Text Neck Syndrome
The goal of this randomize control trial is to compare two interventions to treat text neck syndrome on administrative staff. The main questions it aims to answer are: * There is no significant difference in outcomes between instrumental assisted mobilizations vs. isometric strengthening exercises for treating text neck syndrome in office workers * There is significant difference in outcomes between instrumental assisted mobilizations vs. isometric strengthening exercises for treating text neck syndrome in office workers. It will compare two intervention and which work better on treating text neck syndrome. Interventions will be applied for consecutive 4 weeks and 3 session for one week

Effect of Myofascial Release Therapy on University Students With Text Neck Syndrome.
This randomized controlled trial aims to determine the effectiveness of myofascial release therapy in university students with text neck syndrome as prolonged smartphone and digital gadgets use has been associated with neck pain, forward head posture, and increased perceived stress among young adults with screen time more than 3 hours. Participants will be randomly allocated into control group and intervention group and will be treated for 4 weeks. Clinical outcomes including neck pain, neck pain intensity, craniovertebral angle for posture assessment, and perceived stress levels will be measured at baseline and post-intervention. The study seeks to determine whether Myofascial Release Therapy acts as a non-invasive technique in improving musculoskeletal and psychosocial parameters related to text neck.

Comparing Muscle Energy Technique and Bowen Therapy for Pain, Movement, and Disability in Text Neck Syndrome
This study compared the effects of Muscle Energy Technique and Bowen Therapy on patients with Text Neck Syndrome's pain, function ROM, and posture. Today, text neck syndrome is a growing issue. The majority of us experience this unpleasant condition to some extent. There is no study that has compared the effects of muscle energy technique and Bowen therapy, although they can both be quite effective in helping individuals with text neck syndrome reduce their discomfort, improve their range of motion, and improve their functional impairment. So, the goal of this study was to compare the two treatments' results in order to determine whether one was a better method for treating text neck syndrome patients' discomfort by enhancing range of motion and functional impairment.
