NCT07852507
Regional Thoracoabdominal Mobility Responses to Integrated Myofascial Release in Healthy Adults
his study will investigate the immediate effects of an integrated myofascial release intervention on regional thoracoabdominal mobility in healthy adults. Participants will undergo baseline assessments followed by a single standardized session of integrated myofascial release therapy targeting selected thoracic and abdominal myofascial regions. Thoracoabdominal mobility and thoracic excursion will be reassessed immediately after the intervention. The primary aim is to determine whether integrated myofascial release produces acute changes in regional thoracoabdominal mobility. The study is intended to characterize the immediate biomechanical response to the intervention in healthy adults.
