Clinical Study on the Prevention and Treatment of Radiation Vaginitis With Triethanolamine Cream
The objective of this clinical trial is to understand whether triethanolamine cream can prevent and treat acute radiation vaginitis. It will also learn about the safety of triethanolamine cream. The main questions it aims to answer include: Can triethanolamine cream reduce the incidence and severity of radiation vaginitis in cervical cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy? What medical problems might participants encounter when using triethanolamine cream? Researchers will compare triethanolamine cream with routine care to observe whether triethanolamine cream will reduce the incidence and severity of radiation vaginitis in cervical cancer patients receiving radiotherapy. Participants will: Daily vaginal administration of triethanolamine cream, vaginal opening application and routine care, or only routine care, from the first day of radiotherapy until 28 days after the end of radiotherapy. Four examinations were conducted respectively from before radiotherapy to 90 days after its end. Record their symptoms and conduct injury scoring.

Prospective Evaluation of Infectious Vulvovaginitis on Wound Complication Rates After Vulvar Excision for Premalignant Lesions
Primary: * To measure the rate of perioperative vulvovaginitis in a population of patients in central VA with non-malignant vulvar disease who require surgical excision * To correlate the rate of vulvovaginitis with rate of wound cellulitis and incisional breakdown in patients undergoing SPV/WLE for vulvar disease We will use a vulvovaginal swab to test for the most common causes of vulvovaginitis - bacterial vaginosis (BV), trichomonas, and candida. The swab will be collected preoperatively on day of surgery. The outcome will be evaluated by phone call to patient at 1 week after surgery and physical exam at the postoperative visit between 4-6 weeks.

A Study of the Efficacy and Safety of WXSH0102 in Treating VCC Patients
This study is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, active-controlled, dose-ranging clinical trial designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the investigational drug compared to the active comparator in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis. The trial consists of three phases: screening/enrollment (D-3 to D-1), treatment period (D1 to D3), and follow-up period (D4, D11±2, D25±3). Eligible subjects in this study will be randomized in a 1:1:1:1 ratio to three investigational drug arms with different dosing regimens and one active control arm. Specifically, Group A will receive WXSH0102 tablets with 1400 mg on the first day followed by a maintenance dose of 700 mg for two consecutive days, Group B will receive WXSH0102 tablets with 1000 mg on the first day followed by a maintenance dose of 500 mg for two consecutive days, Group C will receive WXSH0102 tablets with 600 mg on the first day followed by a maintenance dose of 300 mg for two consecutive days, and Group D (active control group) will receive fluconazole capsules for only one day on D1. All medications will be administered orally.
