Clinical Evaluation of Low Contrast Visual Performance and Low Light Phenomena in Patients With Various Intraocular Lens Implants
The goal of this clinical investigation is to evaluate visual acuity and contrast sensitivity in low lighting conditions using several different testing devices, and measure nighttime side effects of intraocular lens (IOL) implants after cataract surgery. Researchers will compare the results for three different types of IOLs to see how each lens contributes to overall visual function, patient experience and satisfaction. Participants will: * Complete two different questionnaires about their current vision * Undergo visual testing using several different devices

Visual Function Screening System With Special Needs Children and Typical Preschoolers
The early visual screening of children plays a critical role in promoting visual development, especially for those with visual impairments. Among various approaches, eye-tracking based visual assessment has emerged as a promising tool, particularly for infants, toddlers, and children with developmental disabilities who are unable to complete traditional vision tests. The object of this study is to design and investigate the effectiveness of using a deep learning based, individualized eye-tracking system to assess visual function, specifically visual acuity and visual field, in typical preschool children and infants under the age of three. This study aims to establish a reliable, noninvasive visual screening method that accommodates the diverse needs and abilities of young children.

Study on Early Visual Dysfunction in Patients With Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
* OCT, OCTA, fundus photography, and fundus autofluorescence ( FAF ) were used to observe the fundus physiological indexes of normal subjects and SLE patients, to explore the differences of subclinical retinal damage in SLE patients with different degrees of disease activity, to summarize the changes of subclinical retina in SLE patients without organic retinopathy, and to evaluate its correlation with disease activity, which is of great significance for improving the prognosis of visual function and improving the quality of life in SLE patients. * By evaluating the visual psychophysical indicators, mainly the visual function test results of different colors and different frequencies, reflecting the functional status of the retina and the degree and characteristics of functional impairment in SLE patients with different degrees of disease activity, in order to screen out the clinical markers of SLE fundus lesions, and provide a reliable reference for the prevention and early intervention of visual impairment.

Brain Visual Perception Training for Prevention and Control of Premyopia
The goal of this clinical trial is to investigate whether brain visual perception training can effectively prevent myopia in children with pre myopia. It will also learn about the safety of brain visual perception training. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does brain visual perception training slow down the growth of axial length? What medical issues may participants encounter when using the brain visual perception training system? Researchers will compare participants who receive brain visual perception training with a control group to see if the training group can delay the onset of pre myopia in children Participants will: The training group will receive 20 minutes of brain visual perception training once a day for a period of one year. Follow up check ups at the hospital every 3 months. Keep a diary of the values of axial length and refractive diopter.
